I would give negative -5 start if I could. All their gold is well over market price. I receive emails multiple times a day offering me a discount but the discounts never work. I bought an OZ of gold and paid extra for 3 day shipping. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received my package. I have called the company and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They will not do it. They no longer respond to my emails. When I call I am placed on hold and hung up on. DO NOT BUU FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I never purchased from them and I will probably never see my money or gold again.Review from Matthew G

I was scammed out of money and when I called customer support I was yelled at. Talked down to and talked over. When I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. Its been over a week and they still will not give me back my money. I never received anything. DO NOT USE BGASCReview from Chris L

Damaged, Returned, Damaged, Returned, Damaged, Returned. This is the summary of the experience I had with BGASC. The first order, packaging was as if they just threw the coins in a box not even packed nor protected! 3 coin capsules were damaged. I returned all 3 coins for exchange. The replacement order had a "special handling" note and was promised better coins and handling. All 3 coins were damaged again. What was the special handling?!? I have no idea! I returned for a SECOND TIME for exchange. Again I was promised "Special Handling". All coins were damaged again!!! At this point I asked for a manager. The "customer service manager" told me the only thing they can do is return and refund as "they don't have any replacements". The manager said they will expedite the refund. I looked on their website and they had 145 coins in their inventory!!! This manager is a HUGE LIAR!!! I have returned the coins for a THIRD TIME and BGASC has refused to refund money as of yet! How is that for EXPEDITED SERVICE!?! THIS BGASC COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE COMPETENT SHIPPERS/PACKERS WHO KNOW HOW TO PACK SECURELY!!! THE MANAGER IS NOT COMPETENT EITHER AND HAD DONE NOTHING EVEN AFTER 50 EMAILS!!! STAY AWAY AS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER WITHOUT IT BEING DAMAGED!!! THIS BGASC COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!! It is now 01/23/2024 and I am dealing with the same thing ZYD on here has gone through. I am waiting to see what happens. I have been dealing with BGASC since before the Take Over. I have never had bad dealings with them till now. I am waiting to see how BGASC handles it. They OWE me Silver or a Full REFUND! I don't want to go into details until I see if they will make things right. BGASC is responsible for the Product until it is in my hands. I have all documentation and copies of Email Conversations Between Myself and BGASC! The money has been taken out of my account and I still do not have my Silver 3 weeks passed the time I was supposed to get it.Review from Gregory C

Think twice before you order from BGASC. Here's what I recently experienced. I placed an order only to find out that *** failed to deliver as scheduled on time, then delayed with no dates given. On the 3rd day I called BGASC to report the issue and asked for a resolution. After multiple phone calls, the only result I got is a boiler plate answer as below: "The underwriter is still investigating your claim and has not provided us with any updates at this time. We will keep you posted weekly on the status of your claim. A resolution can take 30+ business days from the date the claim is filed to be resolved. Your claim was filed on January 27, 2023. There is nothing else you need to do at this time. The moment we get a resolution we will promptly notify you." This means as a buyer, I could possibly have to wait for 40+ days, before getting a notice of next step! A a buyer, I neither get what I ordered, nor allowed to get replacements, nor getting credits to place alternative order. The service level is so bad ever since BGASC sold itself later 2022. It is no longer at the same business service level, painfully for me via this terrible experience. Do think twice before you place order with BGASC.BGASC, LLC Response

I'm so sorry for the hassle you experienced here. We allow ourselves some time to investigate the claim in case we can find the item. In the case of this claim, it will be approved once you sign the declaration which has been sent to you today. So all in all it was a week's delay due to this UPS failure. Absolutely do not do business with this company! I did not receive my merchandise which I paid over $2k for. They are trying every excuse in the book not to pay me. Do not do business with them under any circumstances. It is clear the package is lost but it they refuse to make good.BGASC, LLC Response

That was not this order. That order you cancelled because I made a mistake in the account number. You gave me zero chance to fix it even though I gave you my credit card as well as a back up! This was 100 ozs of silver through BGASC which you own and here is the tracking number. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The post office admits they lost it and you refuse to refund or resend my silver. According to our records, this is because you set up address forwarding on your address. We can not be responsible for shipments that have an active forward. This is also stated in our terms & conditions as well as our FAQ.Customer Response

The post office admits they lost the package, you failed to insure through them. You use cheaper insurance and say it's not your problem. They are willing to pay but you didn't get the insurance! They never attempted to deliver, the package was never my property, yet I'm out 2500? No you have a duty the to provide safe delivery! The supervisor admits the package was lost, that's YOUR PROBLEM SINCE YOU DIDN'T BUY PROPER INSURANCE! I will be filling a lawsuit!BGASC, LLC Response

We do not use postal service insurance as they do not cover precious metals. We use a 3rd party insurer that has specific rules around coverage. One such rule is that you may not have forwarding set up on your address. This is stated in multiple areas and emails on our site.Customer Response

The change of address went in while it was in transit, I had no choice in that. I ordered from both JM and BGASC plus about 25 other companies with ZERO issues. It is your duty to provide delivery. I cannot sign away my rights. I will be contacting the Attorney general as soon as the holidays are over.
