    I cancelled my wedding event with this company effective 11/13/2021 due the Covid pandemic, the increase in cases and mortalities, the emergence of new Covid variants, as well as having already experienced a previous mandatory postponement via this company. I have a signed cancellation agreement between myself and this company indicating that I would receive my refund of $4,400 within 60 days of the cancellation effective date of 11/13/2021. Beginning 12/22/21, I sent an email to the regional manager, Robert Lockhart, to inquire as to the status of my refund as it was beginning to approach the 60-day mark within that next couple of weeks. Between 12/22/2021 and 01/21/2022, I have a total of over 30 emails being sent/exchanged, mainly being sent on my part w/no resolution. I have experienced this same scenario with my call attempts and the voicemails I have left. On 1/9/22 I received an email in response to one of my emails from Robert indicating that now I needed to complete a W9 form, which he attached in the email, and send it back in order for my check to get processed. I completed and submitted it within 30 minutes that same day. On 1/13/2022, which is well at the 60-day mark, I called again and spoke with the regional manager Robert via telephone to obtain yet another countless update and was informed that my check had been cut, the corporate office it was coming from was located in Dallas, and they should be mailing it off. Iit had been 60 days already. I made additional calls between 1/13/22 and 1/20/22. On 1/15/22 I drafted a demand for payment letter and mailed it. During the call exchange between Robert and I on 1/20/22, he informed me that he had spoken with the department responsible for cutting the check and was told that they had cut the check that day 1/20/22. It has now been 70 days and I still have yet to receive my refund check. I am utterly frustrated, exhausted and angry at this entire process. I want my refund ASAP!
