I bought a site with them and hosting. I paid 500 for 5 years of hosting because I was told I could NOT get 1 year. It was until another customer gave me evidence ( a receipt) that they did have 1 year as an option. I felt coerced into getting 5 years when I initially wanted one. I got in touch with this company and they insisted I speak with KNA Design LLC (They handle the transactions as I was told). I've called them for a month now without any answers. KNA isn't even picking up the phone. At this point I would like a partial refund for one year of service.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/01/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Everything was okay with his logo creation process. It was until after I finished doing business with him for a logo that Peter Markis would bombard me with calls asking me if I wanted a website. After caving in from his harassment, I asked to pay for 1 year of hosting to which he declined and he told me verbally he would give me 5 years of hosting. It was okay, until I found out that another person told me he gave them a deal with 1 year of hosting. In April, I called him and asked him for my money back because I do not want to do any business who lacks transparency and likes to "give deals" to customers as a means to bombard them for more money in the future. Their pricing is all over the place and rather ambiguous. I would call them for many months asking for my money back which he would answer with fake voices and lie about his name. His hosting servers of the website are also in fake locations, he's using burner numbers to hide himself as well. Also, No Financial hardships were prevalent during our exchange. Peter Markis was the one who kept calling me to give me "a deal" for a website, which this company seems to give a lot of for some reason. I would be bombarded with deals for WEEKS. He would beg me for money for every single thing without a single contract outlining everything there. This company gives deals and then goes back on them as an excuse to beg for more money and then spins our exchange as if I was the one who was under a financial hardship. In the screenshot I included, you can see how he gave another customer 1 year of hosting (Which he said he only does 5 year when I asked him over the phone). Peter literally stated it was impossible, but SOMEHOW it wasn't and now that I want the remaining of my hosting money, I am no longer liable to receive it? - I would just like to stop doing business with this company and I would like to receive the remainder of my money and only pay for the ONE year of hosting I have already went through. I no longer want anything to do with this company. They are a huge ripoff and they have scam-like tactics, such as burner numbers, fake voices/employees / false personas, no social media presence (despite having social media buttons on their website ie. Twitter, IG), and VERY inconsistent pricing. Also, When I asked about my money over the phone, he told me to take it up with KNA Design , as they are the ones who does their finances and guess what? Nothing came of that exchange with KNA design as they DON'T even ANSWER. I have tried for WEEKS and weeks to call them to at least work something out and nothing has happened because their phone just ring until voicemail. - After writing their statement to you all, they texted Deondra asking for MORE money to simply stop doing business with them with a tone as if they want to ACTUALLY help us when they again, just want...more...money from us. I highly doubt these people can even outline a list of ALL of their prices as they just... don't. It's simply not there and I can suspect why. It's just fees and fees he begs for from his customers. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/01/31) */ Response: Respected authorities, I have already uploaded several screenshots which explains that they "DEONDRA AND ******" placed an order and after 6 months of service they decided to terminate the 5 years contact and just have 1 year hosting with us. I have already mentioned the link to our "Refund Policy" it clearly says that the client is not liable for any refunds after 1 months of service. Even though their reason of asking for a refund was just because someone misguided them and they started harassing us, threatening us, (Kindly read their messages in the screenshots I have previously submitted). We have nothing to hide and we have submitted every proof to prove our innocence. No one bombarded her with offers or packages, you can again refer to her text messages to understand their behavior. Even now, their website is hosting on our server https://phosincantation.com/ We never under deliver any of our services and we never will. Kindly read the policy again and kindly close this case as this is nothing but personal aggression being taken out from the customer. Thanks. (j) In the case of finalizing one part of the order, the customer won't be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining package. Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2022/02/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As the person above admitted to actually being misleading, this is the reason I want my money back. I don't want inconsistent pricing and the "deals" they give that you'll have to pay later whenever you call back. Also, Peter verbally said that I could contact KNA Design LLC to work out getting my money back (another misleading thing) and again, they NEVER answer. I accept the logo process and it's smooth. The hosting however, not so much because I was misled. I also (******) did not threaten any of them. There's no calls or texts of me ever harassing them. I would like the rest of my money and be done with it all.
