I have been a member at F45 Dallas Arena (Same owner as Old East location) for a year and a half now, I joined right after gyms were allowed to open back up in Dallas, TX after the pandemic began in 2020. I had to move unexpectedly 2 weeks ago and reached out to the Dallas Arena Manager to request to cancel my membership since I learned I couldn't transfer it to the ****** location near where I live now. I would've happily transferred my membership, but was told since they're Franchise I couldn't. In an email attached below, I asked the Dallas Arena Manager at the time (Rachel) if I could cancel anytime, she said yes. When I requested to cancel 1 week ago today (9/21) the current manager told me I still would have to pay for a whole month even after canceling. This was news to me as I had worked with the previous manager to ensure this was not the case. Long story short, the current manager said I had to pay 4 weeks after canceling, hasn't canceled my membership and billed me today
