Wish I had never did business with this company. Purchased over $700.00 in ********** *** was unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude of not willing to ******* the time of purchase store *** informed myself a gold box with a gift with purchase after spending a certain amount I had purchased. The store had ran out of gold gift boxes.Instead of attempting to make amends and show customer value.A *** called and stated Gold boxes were not a guarantee. I regret supporting this black owned business that has no respectably towards ************ not support your money with stupidity

Hair is terrible. Spent over $800 on hair 4 bundles in September 15th 2023, installed it on the 23rd. The hair was shedding and staticky from the very jump. Reached out to customer service I was ignored: it wasnt until I comment on an instagram post that they replied to me. I then sent over images of the hair per their request . They told me because the hair was already installed that it was nothing they could do about it. How else would I know if the hair was bad If I didnt install it? They take no accountability at all. The hair that they post on their platforms is not the hair that they send to the consumers. Horrible company horrible customer service. Then they had the nerve to send me a 25% off code any future order & then that code didnt work smh. Still waiting for a response for them about that issue.Review from Shameka C

I made my purchase during the Black Friday sale. I had it installed in January for a trip out of the country. On day one the hair was coming out by the handfuls directly from the welf. It didnt not matter what technique I used, product I applied, or amount of time I used to manage it, the hair still came out. I tried contacting the company first because I believe in allowing business the opportunity to fix the issue but the company never replied. Im a regular working person. I think hair is an investment. My expectations of paying this amount of money ( although it may be small to others) is have a product that can be reused. My stylist will tell that I take great care of the hair I purchase down to the washing process to hanging it to dry and storing it hanging for later use. I expected the company honor their product and they never addressed my issue. I expected to purchase the same Quality of hair that ****** S****** has but instead I record beauty store hair. Im very disappointed! I will never make another purchase with DHair Boutique! Horrible product/Horrible experience. IReview from Addie T

I recently just bought 4 bundles of hair from them and when I went swimming (mind you I've purchased this same hair from them before and was able to swim with no issues) and the hair swelled up SOOOOOOOOOO bad it took 2 hrs and 2 people to help me detangle it... And so much hair was lost in this process ...I first tried contacting customer service via email... And no one replied... So I called and was told they can't do anything about it so $800+$install down the drain and I only have had the hair in for 2 weeks ... Terrible customer service they just don't care
