We contracted with business to clean our windows. The window cleaner damaged a screen on our porch with a ladder. We want it fixed.Initial Complaint

This company sent someone to clean windows inside and out. The job was incomplete and some windows were not even touched. I paid before I had a chance to check on the job. I have called almost every day for 6 weeks to get someone out to finish the job. The company promises to send someone out to finish. Because of our health issues,, we cannot clean the windows ourselves. DFW said they sent someone out to finish but we weren't home. We hardly leave. I told them that we had to know the day and a time frame. Our door bell doesn't work so we have good sized door knockers on both doors and a phone to let us know they were at the house. We kept an eye out, for their truck too. I don't know what to do next. Our windows look unclean and we are unable to clean them ourselves. I believe that they are taking advantage of our age. We did not get what we paid for. Please request that they finish the job. them at the time of service and they cashed our check. We appreciate your help. I have the invoice with paid on it and a picture of the check withdrawal from our bank. Thanks ********************Business response

Dfw City services came out and aerated my lawn March 1st. I requested backyard only, came home to find they did front and backyard and not the entire backyard because they didn't move the trampoline. They came back out to do the area they missed on 3/16. I finally ran my sprinklers 2 weeks later to find they punctured my parkway drip line. I contact them and was told they would come fix it. No show, no call, twice. Now they have completely stopped responding and have left me with my entire parkway line needing to be replaced.Initial Complaint

Ordered firewood delivery and paid in advance. Services we're not delivered timely and in accordance with agreed terms. Services then delivered late and to an unsecured area since we were not notified when deliveredInitial Complaint

In July 2020, we got a notice stuck in our door for window cleaning $69.00. We called and scheduled an appointment during which time the price went up to $129.00 (due to the size of our house and RainX). After the window washer left, we noticed residue where he didn't squeegee to the bottom. My husband also noticed that 2 of our screen's upstairs were damaged. We call the company on numerous occasion to get someone to come out. They finally sent someone on 10-26-21. (I have it all on my ring camera). He took the screen and said he'd have to take them to the shop. Well today is 12-15-21 and after numerous calls again (speaking with Mike and Melanie), they have not been returned. These are the rudest people to speak with. They should be put on the news so that everyone knows about them. I just want my screens returned and put back in
