We engaged this company for exterior window cleaning services. Before the serviceman began the cleaning I specifically stated that we did not want any of our trees damaged which were near the house, and to NOT clean any windows if using a ladder would damage tree limbs. About an hour later I returned home to find the serviceman standing in one of my flowerbeds having trampled the landscaping, with black marks from later scraping along our painted white brick, scuffed up shutter, broken landscape light fixture, and numerous broken branches off of our Japanese maple in that landscaping bed including the primary back branch of the treetotally destroying the balance of the tree shape of what is the feature piece in our front yard landscape design. Gross negligence if not willful misconduct. We sent pictures to the company and requested a call with senior management. Still waiting for that call back. Unfortunately these sorts of businesses are only as good as the level of care and attention of the servicemen deployed. In this case, a $200 window cleaning turned into a far more expensive destruction of property and after specific and clear instructions to avoid doing these very things. How does one replace the scale of a now disfigured 3 year mature Japanese maple having acclimated to the ***** heat? Landscapers simply dont sell at that scale and maturity. If you value your property I suggest either washing windows on your own or shadow the servicemen (of a other company of course) during the entire service period.

First year cleaning my windows, no complaints, but the cleaning on August 20, 2022...😳! Jose was a very nice guy, but he used a tool to remove some of my screens and bent them badly. I even told him that no one has never used any type of tools before. Then later I asked Jose if he bent my screens and he said no with a straight face, but I knew better. Also, the newspaper he used to clean the windows was left behind in my yard. He didn't clean the screens or used RainX. He just sprayed some of the screens with water and told me the RainX was in the water. Well, the guys that cleaned the windows last year used a little brush and Dawn dishwashing soap to clean the screens and used RainX after cleaning the windows. I contacted the office and spoke with a Jessica and Michael. I was told they would send someone out Monday 23rd to clean the screens and look at the damaged screens. I sent pictures of everything and was told that they don't use tools on the side of the screens and the trash looked like old paper towels. I quickly responded that #1 I have everything on camera. #2 I use white paper towels and not newspaper. #3 I don't have to lie. Then I was told that they gave me a discount, because I was having financial difficulties. I never told Jessica that. I said my a/c and hot water system went out within 24 hrs of each other and getting my windows cleaned wasn't a priority. Also, told Jessica, if you're supposedly helping someone, you don't throw it back in their face. I should have charged them for using my water, picking up the trash, turning off the water from the use of the water hose and putting the hose up. I paid the $107.18 and told them to remove me from their system. Needless to say, the redo wasn't done, but the company that replaced some of my screens from the hailstorm had extras and thank God replaced the damaged screens at no cost to me. There are still some good guys in the world. I know this is long, but it's actually the short version.

I gave this company a second chance to clean my gutters as the first time they left a huge mess all around the house.. they emptied the gutters and left. They called me again a couple years later (now) and they ensured me in writing that they would provide cleanup and the worker told me he was 'done' and same situation.. dirt and debris all around the house. i contacted the company who contacted him to clean up the mess. worker did not have any tools to clean up the mess and used my lawn tools to clean up. In addition, worker did not have ladders and used mine. The mess is bad and my husband and I will clean it up. I paid the $200 invoice to 'move on' but will NEVER use this company for services again! For $200 ... their service is not worth it!

I talked to tony to clean my daughter's windows condo which is 3 stories. He said, they usually only clean 2 stories, but he will accommodate me. When the worker showed up, he did not have a tall ladder and left the job half done and then asked for full payment. His estimate that he gave me was $85.32, but since he did not complete the job, I was going to pay him $69 which was the original price on his advertisement. Then, he threaten to put a lien on my house. He was rude and dishonest and I was not happy with the job that was done.
