      I canceled the bill sent via email within 30 minutes of it arriving on June 8th.  Therefore I should receive a full refund of the $60.65 charge.

      I keep having a recurring bill every three months of ***** for something I dont even know what it is and did not authorize it. Comes out as Actitech

      I signed up for their Walk-Fit app in March. I was only able to use it once before I contracted a severe case of shingles. I have been told I will not be able to use this app for another 6-8 months. Today, I was hit with a $66 auto charge for another 3 months with this app. Within 10 minutes of this charge I contacted the company to request a refund due to being physically unable to use the app. The company told me they didnt care if I couldnt use I would still be charged. I believe that since I am unable to use the app thru circumstances out of my control I should be refunded.

      I had a charge on my bank account from an app I got on the App Store(Omo: Healthy Weight Loss App). The charge was $79.20. And it was charged on April 8th. I had a week free trial and I went to cancel and cancelled it. In the app it even said the subscription was cancelled. I still got charged a couple days later. I contacted their customer support and didn't get anything back. I reached out again and went in circles with them for days and started to get only automated messages as responses after 2 days. I was just wondering if there was anything you guys could do? Their reviews also show them doing this to many other people.

      These are screenshots from the first and only receipt I got. I did not get one for the $79 one. The other screenshot is from my bank showing it was taken out.

      I was charged $99.99 for a subscription that I do not use currently, and have only used once. I would like a refund for $99.99. This subscription did not show up in my active subscriptions through the app store on iPhone.

      Transaction on 3/20@9:40 AM. CHARGED CREDIT CARD $30.99. I called to find out what the charge is. The woman insisted I give them my complete credit card number. I did not. They hung up on me

      I made a purchase with this company and have since been unknowingly been billed every 3 months as if I have a subscription. I was not aware of this ongoing payment plan or subscription. I am not receiving any product or service. I am unable to speak to a representative. I would like to end any subscription and not be billed in the future. I would like a full refund of $180.03 that was fraudulantly deducted from my account.
