I am very upset that this what ever it is, I have never done any kind of business with this place. I guess I havent been watching my bank account as closely as I should have. This place has been taking my money for some time now, $44.00 a month. I have tried to find a way to contact them to stop what ever it is that they are charging me. They have been automatically taking funds from my bank account, I need to have this stopped as soon as possible. Im am trying find out what or how I can get this stopped, if theres anyone who knows anything about this scam please, please help me.Review from Julie J

I signed up for a temporary service with Walkfit. I tried to cancel the service with the company and was unable to do so by phone or their website. This company is taking advantage of senior citizens. I want my money back and plan to contact my Senators to warn them of this shady company.Review from Brenda E

I think it's a scam. I signed up for a YogaFit class as a trial and canceled after a month. I tried to cancel it but I wasn't able to contact anyone. I also tried through my credit union to stop payment. I even made a complaint with PayPal which keeps allowing the payments after saying in December it was canceled. But now after 4 months they are still taking money out of my account. I would like for you to please look into this and help me stop them from taking money out my account and refund me the last 4 months of paymentReview from Dawn S

I downloaded their YogaFit app. but never set it up. I didn't log into it nor set up any criteria and my bank acct. was charged ***** and set at autopay, which I didn't approve. I had downloaded a trial of their WalkFit app. so I assume that is how they got my payment info. It's difficult to get to the bottom of it and contact them.Review from Amanda B

This is absolutely a scam. I too signed up for a trial and canceled within my time frame to avoid any recurring charges. They did not cancel my subscription, but continued charging me. Unfortunately it took me several months to notice this charge and understand what it was because the app I had signed up for a trial in was a completely different name than the charge I saw coming through on my bank account. I should have been watching my bank account closer so that I caught these fraudulent charges, but this is clearly a scam. Especially with the name change on charges. Once I noticed it, it took digging to find out who this company even was, how to contact them to dispute things and ask for a refund etc. As you can imagine, no refund was given and I had to pursue fraud claims through my bank instead of the merchant.Review from Clara F

I do not remember signing up ActiTech. I see the first charge was $18 a week later I was charged ***** and then I had two more charges of 79,20 all through PayPal. I dont know this company I dont have their app I tried calling them. The first number was disconnected. The 888 number was answered. The gentleman said he could help me with a refund after he got my name my address my birthdate my bank account number the routing number we were disconnected. I tried to call back several times and was immediately disconnected. This company is a scam, they got me for $255.97. I am going to shut down PayPal.Review from Karlene W

I tried it as an intro session only for one month, and they signed me into a recurring subscription without my knowledge or permission. When I saw the bill, I immediately cancelled (same hour) but they charged my card and would not refund. This is a scam, and should not be legal. It should be plain that a subscription is involved if signing up for a trial period. If they can't support their business without this shady practice they should be shut down!
