This company has contacted me a total of 9 times yesterday and 11 times today and every single time I've asked them to take me off their call list, yet I still get phone calls all day long. This is tantamount to harassment and I've had enough. I am clinically agoraphobic and this situation has caused me so much distress I'm considering seeking compensation for my trauma in court. I've even told the employees who keep calling me this and still they keep calling. I've literally gotten a call, blown up on that caller, screaming for them to take me off their call list and have had another call from the same company come in on another line, trying to ring in on a call they are already on with me. Still, this horror show of a company continues to call me. I am beginning to develop PTSD from the number and frequency of theses harassing phone calls. I decided to file a formal complaint with the BBB on behalf of other folks who feel like they are now being bullied by this company through sheer harassment. All I am asking is for this company to discontinue contacting me and to start training their employees to actually remove phone numbers from their call database when the customer has requested they do so.Business response

my mother has been getting 15 dollars a month taken out of her checking for many years, not sure how many. .she is 90 years old and nobody calls or mails her anything ihad to jump hoops to even find out who it was. they said their name is life vantage partners. i just wonder how many other seniors money they are taking while never taking time to notice it is not an active account.Initial Complaint

I have been receiving Unsolicited phone calls from this organization for months now I have requested that they take me off their calling list They call from a different number every time they call. They call, sometimes 8 calls a day. I understand that they outsource their Phone solicitation, but they should be responsible for the actions of who they hire to do their soliciting. This business continues to call me daily. I have complained to them that this is harassment and to stop calling me and they continue. My phone signals that the call is a scam alert.
