STAY FAR AWAY! If I could leave no stars, I would. The website is a trap - it is misleading and you will end up being over charged. I expected to be charged $119 for 3 bottles (and get 2 additional for free). Instead I was charged $249.98 split between 2 payments. Their website says to call them toll free but no number was listed anywhere. BBB is not allowing me to leave their phone number, but if you were charged, I suggest calling your bank. They are able to provide you with an 800 number associated with the charge. I spoke to someone on 7/2 who said that the product was already shipped and i would receive it by 7/7, but because I was unhappy they would give me a 50% discount and refunded $124.99. I agreed because they had already shipped it. Fast forward, it's now 7/15, no products or emails from them. I called again, and was told that the order is still processing and "rest assured" it will be shipped out in the next week. I told them not to bother and I want a full refund because of their shady business practices. They said it was not possible because it was "already processed and getting ready for shipment", When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the agent claimed to get authorization to refund the rest of the money I paid. This company is incredibly shady. I promise you, it is not worth the headache you will have if you place an order. Regardless of whether the product works or not, proceed with extreme caution and I suggest you look into another product.

In 2021 I tried the Pure Keto Burn, my orders came from Spanaway Wa, in Nov of 2021 I cancelled my subscription and requested an email verification of which I never received, the orders stopped, then in June of 2022 a bottle arrived, and I was charged again, 6 months after I requested them to stop, I have disputed the charges and returned the bottle. I consider this a lousy business to force a product onto a customer after their request to stop. THIS is a scam.

Tried to contact customer service but tab did not work. No phone number showing anywhere on website. No contact info on email purchase verification. Policy and agreement tab not working. Was charged on my cc $198.00 instead of the $35.00 I agreed on. Which was supposed to be for 1 bottle plus 2 free. Nothing stated on website about re occurring payments or multiple purchases. The website is misleading with false statements about special offers. There is several websites for this same product with different names but same sales pictures showing. I'm trying to get a refund back on my credit card and to stop any re occurring charges from this company. This is a scam buyers beware!

These pills do not work and I want them to stop sending these to me! I also can't find any way to contact them about this problem!
