    I am always very happy with the **** work done by Quigley. The Technicians are thoughtful, knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable. I'm thankful that I usually see the same Technician each time. I feel like he really knows my home's system and I know he'll take time to explain all the details about any corrective action needed. Additionally, he lets me know what I might want to plan for over the coming year.I'm happy to recommend Quigley.

    Had Quigley replace my entire HVAC system (2 units). Installation was done over a two-day period. Technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. Extremely happy with the final result. Would highly recommend this company.

    Quigley came on Aug 19 to our single family home (3000 sq ft) to put in a Capacitor - which evidently get broken in extreme heat - *********** the Techs were thoughtful and mindful that they had to wait 12 minutes while I came home from *******. The links to all service appointments were GREAT! Very helpful but my husband informed me that the Labor could have been completed for our 5 ton ******* unit approximately -$300 less than what we paid Our final bill was $484.70 It is fixed with FAST service so I guess we paid for Speed - 4 stars ?? ?? ?? ??

    Hello Mrs. ******** apologies for the delayed reply. I must not have seen the original notification from the BBB regarding your service back in August. The $487.70 was not all for the capacitor. $99 of the invoice was for the system diagnostic. The $385.70 was to replace the capacitor as well replacing a damaged wire. Because the system will not operate until the wire repair was made and the capacitor replaced we could not finish checking the other system components. Once those repairs were complete the technicians finished taking diagnostics on the compressor, the condenser fan motor, high voltage components as well as low voltage. Because we had 2 technicians onsite, what would normally 1.5 hours for one technician only took about 45 minutes.Please let me know if you have any additional questions.Sincerely,******* Quigley

    Got service on a 100 degree afternoon in less than 3 hours. Technician **** was excellent: fast, efficient, informative, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed that the intermittent problem was caused by dirty coils on the outdoor unit and a dirty air filter, with no equipment failures. He did not try to sell any new or un-needed parts. He did give a brief useful summary of the preventive maintenance services available. I would use them again if needed.

    I have used Quigley for both Fall and Spring "changeover" for years and have never been disappointed in their service. I always request *** - he's very knowledgeable and and gets in and out in no time at all. Can't recommend him and Quigley enough!

    Our A/C went out on Labor Day (100+ degrees). ******************* from Quigleycame to our house the next day and immediately fixed the problem. He seems very knowledgable about his field of service.
