on saturday 4/15/23 problems issues with this place, not only bad customer service but also my stuff damaged. I had to go elsewhere to have everything RE DONE all over again and had to pay again the damaged this place caused to my vehicle, all because owner refused to fix it or give me any refund, this place does Car Stereo Installations and over priced car stereos in the market, window tint, LED lights and alarms, this place not only did a bad installation in the stereo, window or lights but Damaged the wiring and scratched my passenger mirror. I took car back to the shop same day and apparently one of the workers checked everything again and was fine. he said everything was fine that it was supposed to be working as it was and that they was to busy to be checking for nothing. No changes were made or anything I left the place very disappointed, I was over charged for trash, if they are selling me something so expensive I'm supposed to be happy with it, tried talking to this guy to come to an agreement but he said there was not much he can do, and refused to give me any part of refund at least he was rude.I know I'm not the only person that has gone thru this situation with them, I seen a lot of BAD reviews from other people. This place steals money from people because they take advantage of them not knowing what they really do and people trust they're going to get everything done ok. The minimum thing this place could do? is a good job. Owner be ******* the workers to have everything done fast that's why installation is done all WRONG, why would I be paying for something so expensive and not done right plus owner is rude and bad attitude, I also took pictures of what I'm talking about all I'm asking for is to help me stop this people from stealing money from customers and taking advantage of and help me at least keep part of my money to the damaged they've caused and lost 1- ************** Installation (wiring burnt)2- Window tint on my back window (bubbles everywhere and Defrost burnt)3- LED lights (passenger light damaged broken)4- Passenger mirror scratcedBusiness response

Hello **************************** replying to complaint #********-EFE63.
I tried to contact the customer in response to the complaint the number provided was the wrong number.
I don't recall the costumer coming back if the customer came back we would be more than happy to take care of the issue. The customer stated that we steal from the cars we do not steal and we take honesty and peoples belongings really serious.
As far as the mirror issue we didn't work near the mirror and after any job we do we give the customer a chance to inspect the vehicle.
We take every complaint serious and with the most respect possible even though the some custumers don't most the time.
If the customer would like to come back and reach out to us she is more than welcome and we would be more than happy to io resolve the issue.
