Nov 16, 2022 (w/o#***** that appeared to change to: *******) created. scheduled for 1 Dec. Came 1 Dec - ***** rigged door when replacing handle didnt work. 5 Dec - Sent same guy who rigged both doors. Asked for someone else. rescheduled for 9 Dec. 9 Dec person hours late for 0900 appt. sent someone to do measurements (*****-very nice/professional). He said they would have to order both doors and it could take 4-8 weeks or longer. Said could not be bought from big box store. However, on last visit in March. Appeared he was buying items from **** ***** for job. Even though they said they received notice on 22 Feb doors were delivered. 22 Feb - scheduled for 27 Feb at 0900. staff was 2 1/2 hrs late. 27 Feb - sent ****, who chiseled and jimmy rigged door, after I asked them not to send him back. sliding door replaced. But before they could finish the trim/paint the caulking needed 72 hrs to cure. ***** attempted to replace the front storm door, but the framing was badly damaged. I advised him, **** (who was with him did it). **** said he didn't remember coming to my home, but me telling him, "jogged" his memory. He stated, he did do the damage because the supevisor/project mgr, ****** (sp) told him to instead of replacing it. ***** was clear it was unsafe to install new door w/ the condition of door framing. ****** called & **** old the issue. ***** told ****** he would come back Fri morning. I heard ****** say, he would let me know. He never did. I messaged Thurs to confirm Fri appt. I was told w/o closed by rental co. & I got email from rental co. saying w/o closed due to completion. Still left w/ unfinished w/o from Stellar. Is it fraud to file a warranty claim for w/o to be completed & work not done? If I have to deal w/ them to get this done, I DON'T want **** back. I demand ***** do the job. He appears to be the only person to perform quality work. but was not given option to complete it safely & professionally. I should have to sign w/o before its closed.Business response

The scope of repairs were completed on 3/1/23. The invoice was approved and paid. We cannot return to the property until we receive notification from our client. Please contact the property management company to submit a work order for any further repairs.Initial Complaint

On 6/23/2022, I submitted a work order to the owner of the house I am renting to get the gate and fencing around the gate repaired. on 6/29/2022, I received a text from IFM Restoration that a technician would be out on 6/30/2022. No one showed up. I texted back, and the representative told me a technician was coming out. No one showed up for the remainder of that day. I texted the next day about it, and the representative told me the technician had every intention of coming out, but it was too late in the day, so I would have to wait until 7/7/2022 for the technician to come out. I waited until then, and once again, no one came out. I texted about it, and I was told again, that someone was on their way. No one came out again.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/07/25) */ Our customer's experience is very important to us. Since the complaint was filed, we did make contact with the resident and homeowner. The repair work was completed as of 7/12/22. The issue has been resolved. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/29) */ In response to this complaint with IFM, please resolve this matter. They did in fact repair the fence, and I am satisfied with the results. Thank you so much for your assistance with this matter. I thought I was responding to Firstkey Homes claiming the entire matter has been resolved. I apologize for the confusion.
