            My mother-in-law (Fernanda K*******) hired this company (worked directly with Paul U********* - owner) to ship her personal belongings to Brazil (Sent to: ******************) where she permanently moved. Paul came to her apartment on April 26, 2021 and boxed up 48 medium size boxes containing household things to be sent to Brazil where she moved. They included many kitchen appliances, expensive cutlery, Silverware, expensive Oxford English dishes, Bed comforters, Misc decorations, invaluable family pictures and many antiques and books. We were told it would take a few weeks to arrange the boxes to be consolidated to a larger contain and then about 6 weeks shipment by sea to Brazil. After 2 months I began to contact Paul and the only information was that he was still waiting to ship. Since then I have emailed, called and text for updates and he will not give me any status update. It has been over 5 months. We paid him $6,396.16 to ship and I fear we will not ever see these items again.

            Got called a b**** by the owner **** when I asked for payment on a logo for his company. I sent an invoice on the 29th of August and asked when payment would be submitted on the 7th of September. He said hed do it tomorrow or Sunday and then told me to have a good f****** day b**** Dont let his man or his company into any of your personal spaces.

            Let me start out that we are all not perfect. This person called, when answered the phone she was combative, insisting on immediate payment for something I was not even aware of, when asked what it was for, she responded a new logo design that I authorized through CC to design for the company, which I had not. She was very argumentative, insisting on immediate payment of ******, by *****, or threaten immediate court filing in small claims court, I stated I'm not being threaten by her sounds like a scam and I would have to verify this and would be happy to send the Venmo if she is owed the money, she also demanded this in writing, if I did not follow her request she threaten bad reviews. I was able to verify with cc this was for a logo I actually did not authorize and sent the payment to her over the weekend. we all have room for improvement.
