    I had booked a reservation for the 28th of September. I purchased booking "insurance " and was advised upon booking I wouldn't be charged until check in. On September 28th I was charged $236.19 I called the hotel and talked to the manager named *******. I stated that I had been charged when this room was to be canceled and I couldn't make it, she said there was no record of canceling and I asked well is there someone else I can talk to and she said no. I said I called and canceled and she said there was no record and she said that she couldn't refund me and to contact Expedia. I said are they going to be able to refund me And she said "well, I got the money" I was confused and said I'll call back So I called Expedia and he advised that I was correct that I shouldn't have been charged until I checked in and that I had bought booking insurance. He said he will call the hotel personally and see about a refund, and placed me on hold. He comes back and says ******* will not do the refund and that it's up to the hotel to issue refunds not Expedia. ******* told me to contact Expedia about canceling and refused to refund me when I never checked in or stayed there. I've called the GM ****** Wright 3 times with no answer or retuned call. I'm very upset to be charged when I shouldn't have been and no one is helping me at the Warwick hotel. The manager ******* was incredibly rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. Give me the run around about who to call and wouldn't answer my calls after hanging up the last time. I would greatly appreciate a refund of my $236.19 Thank you for your time.
