      Got my hotel rev. change to a different hotel the place was gross myself and 6 other tried to get your back they sorry payments made the 3rd party we are all $176.00 ????

      I stayed at La Quinta in Trinidad Colorado. Half of the hotel had internet and half did not. I asked the staff a few times to fix the half that didn't because that is where I was staying. They kept saying there was nothing they could do. I called the tech support and they contacted the manager who said there was nothing they could do. I filed a complaint because I have to have internet due to my business needs - I was there on business. The complaint filed with headquarter just referred me right back to the hotel. It was obvious to me they did not care about helping at all. I would not have stayed there if I knew they would not have internet. For what they charge, I assume they would supply the amenities listed on the website. They didn't and no one dared to make it right.

      Only giving one star to Ramada Inn in Winston Salem otherwise I would go into the negative. I wrote a review of my experience and was contacted by the manager of the hotel upon receiving the review. She told me that I would be charged a pet fee. The website says the hotel is pet friendly and I was never told of a pet fee. I was only told of this fee after I wrote a negative review. Our curtains had mold, we were denied towels, our room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking, the stairwell doors are locked, and the elevator is a safety hazard.

      I booked a room online at Days Inn in Springfield MO, (*********************) about 20 mins before arriving, it cost around $130 and when I arrived the receptionist was constantly on their phone, and it took 15-20 JUST to get the key to my room!

      Then the room itself was filthy, the sink did not work and was disgusting, had black mold and swampy smelling residues bubbling out of the drain...

      And the receptionist and desk staff were extremely disrespectful and would not get the manager or anyone for me to speak with,
      I would like a full refund at least, and will definitely not recommend that Wyndham to ANYONE..
      The housekeeping and maintenance staff were friendly and polite but the reception and rooms were still filthy and extremely unprofessional and rude.

      I have spent half my morning being told that I have the wrong branch for the refund I'm requesting. I tried using my points but the front desk agent could not pull up my information I was told the manager in the morning could do it but to no avail she could not. My rate should have been $46.28 + the use of 3,000 points but instead I was charged $74.75. this too is incorrect because she refused to use my AAA or AARP discount. All I have wanted done today was the refund of the difference and instead I have been bounced around from phone call to phone call when the front desk agent promised that it would be corrected in the morning, but instead I find myself here totally frustrated and nothing resolved. Your front desk agents should not be making promises that they cannot keep to the customer and where discounts are available they should be applied. This was my 1st time actually using my points since I began the points program and loyally stayed only at Wyndham locations and I wonder why I even bothered. Why have I been given the runaround instead of just given the refund of the price difference that would make a customer happy and satisfied with the whole ordeal? This has left a bad taste with this company and I think I should just take my business elsewhere.
