    I made an overpayment of $321.22 to BConnected on March 29, 2022. The payment was toward my healthcare benefits and was made through the company's online banking. I contacted the company the next business day to notify them of the overpayment and inquire regarding my refund. At that time I was told I would be issued my refund back to my bank account in 3 weeks. As of June 20, 2022, I have not received my refund. The website says I was issued a refund on May 9, 2022 but doesn't indicate the payment method and I have not received a check, paystub adjustment or deposit to my bank account. I've contacted BConnected over 10 times via phone and once via online chat regarding this issue. They are unable to tell me if my refund will be posted to my bank account, processed in my pay stub or by check sent in mail. Every time I speak with a customer service representative, I am told the "issue" is being looked into and I should receive another call back in 3 business days with the update. If I attempt to escalate the call to a supervisor, the best they can do is tell me they will "expedite" this "issue" and call me back in 2 business days instead of 3. It is unacceptable to wait over 12 weeks for an overpayment refund and for a company to not divulge information on the status of my refund.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. First they canceled my insurance because they said they didnt receive my payment after I made the payment EARLY. No notification. I only found this out when I went to the pharmacy to get my medicine and they told me I didnt have insurance even though I just made a payment of over $600! Once I finally got a hold of them, they told me they didnt receive it until after the payment due date even though it was online. After speaking to a BConnected supervisor, she told me, quite aggressively and very unprofessionally, that I would have to wait up until 2 weeks for my insurance to be reactivated and that I would then have to send in claims. NEXT, I make my payment for the next month and they DOUBLE charged me. Its been 8 days and I still havent been refunded when I have all proof I did not approve that amount. I spoke to the rude supervisor again just to be told (rudely once again) there was nothing else to do and that they couldnt send me any documentation via email on their attempts to resolve this issue. CROOKS! How can they get away with this, especially towards healthcare workers. HCA and BConnected are both a disgrace to our healthcare system. I advise to NEVER work for this company!!!
