I went signed up for car insurance with **************************** on July 10, 2024 my fiance payed $270 to them I had a car wreck on July 24, 2024 and she back door and payed $165 to put full coverage on my 2014 jeep Patriot and around August 1, 2024 she paid $210 for her insurance and now Breckenridge General Agency come sending me at letter saying that they cancel my policy saying that they don't take comprehensive collision coverage now I don't have a job because I don't have any money for another insurance company and no car insurance that's $645 that I had and that's not right now fair and now I am out of a jobCustomer response

Than on 8-13-24 the peoples at MEI ***** call my fiance to bring the car back because Breckenridge Insurance had canceled ****************** and Me *************************** who is on the Insurance policy they said they canceled the policy because they don't take comp and collision and than lied and said to me and the people at ******* Best ***** that I didn't send them pictures of the ********************************************************************************** ******* sit it to them because she show it too me and not only that I had two pay another $230 for another ***************** because Breckenridge Insurance and my fiance ***** lost her job because Breckenridge Insurance and if yall want to know more information contact American Best ***** at ************ and ask for Ms. ******* and she can tell you how this company is

Breckenridge Insurance had canceled the policy because of the pictures that I didn't send but their wasn't any number nor email to send it to them but America Best Autos had them because that's who told me about the Insurance and Ms ******* that works their told them that the pictures were their and Breckenridge Insurance didn't say anything my fiance paid a total of $645 plus anther $200 with a different Insurance company and now I stuck with out a job because of them and I told them that I want my money going back on my card ending in 3091 because Breckenridge Insurance talking about a check I told them that I want my $645 because I need that for food and my bills and that's not right nor fair for them to steal and use people and lie about it and they don't need to be in business eitherBusiness response

In response to your letter of August 15, 2024, please review the following history of events regarding the above policyholder.
Policy History for ***************************
07/10/24 ***************** purchased an insurance policy with *********************** Agency written through Breckenridge General Agency. Application and down payment in the amount of $166.60 received from Americas Best. The policy was issued with a 2014 Jeep Patriot Sport and a 2015 Chevrolet Impala with liability coverage only for both vehicles. Policy premium $854.00 + $5.00 MVCPA fee + policy fee $90.00, total premium $949.00.
07/25/24 Americas Best uploaded a change to the policy adding Comprehensive and Collision coverages, and lienholder for the 2014 Jeep Patriot. As well as removing the paperless discount. This generated an additional premium of $279.00, bringing the total premium to $1062.00. A payment in the amount of $13.00 was uploaded to BreckGen via ACH from the agent.
07/26/24 BreckGen issued a cancellation effective 08/07/24 due to the risk is considered Unacceptable. BreckGen does not offer Comprehensive and Collision coverages, therefore adding this coverage post-issuance is considered an unacceptable risk as per our guidelines.
08/01/24 Agent uploaded an ACH payment in the amount of $210.00, cash paid at the agents office.
08/02/24 Vehicle photos were uploaded of the 2014 Jeep Patriot.
08/06/24 A reinstatement denial letter was issued to the insured, again explaining that the policy is a prohibited risk since we do not offer physical damage coverage on our program.
08/07/24 Policy camcelled.
08/21/24 BreckGen issued a refund check#******** in the amount of $133.00 to ******************.

I am rejecting this response because: they lied and not only that this was my hard earned money they sit hear and said the reason why they closed it because I didn't send them pictures when I send it too America's best Autos and they sent it too them I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY NOT JUST $133 MY $455 ALL OF it and why would yall even have then in businessCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: ONCE AGAIN Y'ALL TOOK MY MONEY AND THATS NOT RIGHT I AM WANT MY MONEY OR ELSE THING GOING TO TO GET MESSY WITH AN ATTORNEY BEING INVOLVED AND BETTER BUSINESS I DONT EVEM KNOW WHY3 YALL ARE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE Y'ALL DONT WVEN DO ANYTHING EITHER WITH YALL
