Ms. C******* does not even deserve a star, but we had to provide that much to leave a review. Nonetheless, we should have submitted  this review years ago to alert others! Approximately 7 years ago, we had Margaret C******* provide her "expertise" in planning, designing and purchasing items for our living room, master bedroom, and our daughters bedrooms. This included providing color ideas, traditional furnishings, bedding, and furniture placements. After our initial meeting, we felt Ms. C******* had our best interest, seemed professional, and had great ideas that coincided with ours. That said, we signed our contract, and per Ms. C*******' request, we gave her all of the blueprint copies of our house. As our meetings progressed, Ms. C******* scheduled for us to meet with her at the Dallas Market Center/World Trade Center to pick out items for bedding and decorations, which we had agreed to purchase. As time went on, we realized and confirmed that Ms. C******* overcharged us on many items that could have been purchased for half the price, but unfortunately, we did not realize that at the time of purchase. Here, we have lessons learned. As a result of that, after fulfilling our contract, we decided to stop working with Ms. C*******. Recently, around July of this year-2021, we had renovations done in our house, and needed the blueprints to the house. We remembered a previous assistant to Ms. C******* had confirmed to us that they still had our blueprints in the current office located at 2030 Irving Blvd. We decided to go to retrieve our blueprints. After visiting the office, Ms. C******* was asked to provide the blueprints. Emphasizing the importance for having her return them to us, Ms. C******* raised her voice and shouted, saying: "I don't have your **** blueprints, they were either picked up or thrown away, it's been years, I told you I don't have it". Realizing that Ms. C******* was not very professional, was not able to maintain her composure, and wasn't able to communicate successfully as a business owner, we provided our telephone number in the event our blueprints were found. A few days after our meeting, Ms. c******* emailed me and suggested for us to contact the county/city clerk's office or even the architects for the builder to obtain the blueprints. These attempts were made prior to asking her for them, and unfortunately, we were informed the county/city offices do not have homeowner blueprints. Additionally, the in-house architects for the builder do not keep records more than 10 years.
