I completed a collaboration through rewardstyle 12 weeks ago and still have not received my compensation. I have contacted them multiple times and they are claiming to not have been paid yet but it's been nearly 3 months and I've worked with this company before and had payment within 3 weeks. I'm just looking to get paid for the work I completed.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/02) */ Thank you for reaching out in regards to your October campaign with Walmart: Walmart - Fashion Incremental Funding 2 Q3 2021 - ROAS1 October We have received your BBB complaint filed on 12/29/21 and take the matter seriously. We understand your frustration with the collaboration payment issue. In regards to the $500 collaboration payment, LTK typically executes direct payment to the creator 20 days after LTK has received full payment from the brand. In this specific matter, the obligations were completed on October 7th, 2021. Walmart was invoiced for the campaign on 11/17/2021 with a due date of 12/17/2021. We still have not received payment for this invoice hence the delay in payment on your collaboration. Please reference the payment section of your contract below: *rewardStyle will manage and execute direct payment to Influencer using their rewardStyle account at the later of (a) 20 days following Influencer's completion of campaign obligations or (b) 20 days after rewardStyle has received full payment from Advertiser (rewardStyle will manage and execute direct payment to Influencer using their rewardStyle account) *In the event that Advertiser terminates the Project or otherwise notifies rewardStyle that it does not intend to pay its fee when due, then rewardStyle may terminate this Proposal immediately and rewardStyle will pay influencer to the extent that it is paid by Advertiser for Influencer's services. We will make payment on your collaboration once payment from the brand is received. We apologize for this delay. We hope these updates help to resolve your complaint to the BBB regarding LTK. Reward Style/Like to Know It Is a social media/influencer platform where bloggers and creators can earn commissions using their generated links from others buying from their links LTK takes a big part of that commission They also offer platform where boutiques and small brands hire bloggers via the LTK collaboration portal to post photos of their product/create content for certain dollar amounts This far, I have worked with two boutiques via the LTK collaboration portal. One in early August the other end of Sept/start of Oct. I have yet to be paid from the LTK company aka Reward Style They are secretive about payments, they blame boutique for not paying when evidence is there that they've paid LTK The company is Lori g and holding on to creators money long term with no foreseeable payment date For the first collaboration I did, after much work on my end, they won't pay me until the 10 of November There is no date for the secondBusiness response

Ms. **** was part of a beta program which was not set up for credit card payments. We received payment from her partner brand but were unable to track it causing the delay. RewardStyle is an influencer platform for brands to use for influencer marketing. Brands pay $1500 just to be able to use their platform and then you pay them for using their influencers once you have created and completed an ad campaign with them. They then pay their influencers for their service. I am one of those brands that used them to connect me with influencers. RewardStyle double charged me for a campaign, and has not applied any payments I have made to my account. They continue to send me emails stating I owe them money, when I do not. Their accounting system is such a mess that they have not even paid any of the influencers that worked on the campaigns that were completed in August. I am now being harassed by their influencers because they have not been paid by RewardStyle. I would like them to update my account, and refund me for double charging for a campaign.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/29) */ We received the client complaint on 10/21 and responded within 24 hours with resolution. The client was part of a beta program which was not set up for credit card payments. We received credit card payment but were unable to track it causing the payment delay to her partner influencer. We have rectified the issue by reconciling all payments to parties involved and issuing the client a credit for a $15 duplicate charge. Client correspondence on the matter is attached.
