            I dropped off my diamond rings for an appraisal July 11, 2023, after having been referred by a friend who had used his services years back. After not hearing back in the span of time he committed to, I reached out with text, phone call, email, and even visits to the office for the immediate following months. I have documented dates and messages that illustrate the efforts I made I received a pity text on Aug 2 that read My life *****. I'm so sorry. Really. Things are better but not your concern. I'll do what ever you want. To which I replied, I am checking back in about my rings. As I stated before, I want my rings back or the equivalent value. Since you did not provide me with a valuation, the $1350 from the receipts I have are what I want.Can you confirm with me that you will provide either in a timely manner, and give me a plan for how you will do that? I will escalate if need be, but I'm giving you this last opportunity to make it right. I have not heard from him since, even after further communication.

            I think this guy is completely unprofessional and cannot even provide a receipt for a necklace I bought back in December. I don’t know how he stays in business and I would caution anyone thinking of using him to not be in a hurry at all as he cannot produce quick results. I was referred to him by my deceased ex husband and the only reason I used him at all is because he was referred and my ex wanted to buy a necklace for our daughter that he didn’t get around to getting for her bc he passed away unexpectedly. So as a Christmas gift this past year I got her the necklace to go with a cross that her Dad had given her previously. At this point I don’t even know if it was real white gold bc there is no paperwork that was given to me and when I asked for it the reply was “Sure let me get that to you next week or so”. So this guy doesn’t provide receipts for doing business for jewelry? Does that sound legitimate to anyone? Most people would like a receipt especially for Jewelry. He acted like it was a foreign concept even a strange request that I would ask for a receipt. Glad I found out because I had more business to do with him but after he wouldn’t even produce a receipt I took my jewelry business elsewhere and was very pleased with the results.
