However, when I received the pendant back, it was basically ruined. She had bent the bail in multiple directions, it was cracked, and the chain was had a kink in it. All of which signify that the chain or pendant had been caught on something and yanked on. So, I refused to fix it for free and returned it. They filed a chargeback, which I won, not them. Notice they have left this review, and 2 bad Google reviews trying to trash my reputation when they are the ones who were dishonest and trying to take advantage of me. Only crazy people do that and I would not wish these people on any retailer as they are a family of Karens.

Want a screenshot from my Paypal account? I can show you that I won the dispute. And this is my first chargeback, which I can show you as well. Paypal would never tell someone filing a dispute that a business has received multiple complaints for legal reasons. Plus, their dispute was filed online because their bad grammar and spelling were in the notes. Again, this is how you know he is a liar.
The bottom line is these guys trashed the piece and tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. That is why they have written so many bad reviews all over the internet. It was obvious that the pendant had been caught on something and yanked. A bail doesn't get bent in 2 directions like that on its own. Nor does it crack without some trauma. That is why Paypal sided with me.
This guy lies about everything. He and his wife called me 8 times leaving harassing messages after they lost the Paypal dispute. They are bitter and angry that they weren't able to take advantage of the system already set up to help consumers win.

If you would like to see a screenshot of the dispute, I can prove I won. Another lie is that Paypal told him that they had received multiple complaints about me. They would never do that for liability reasons. And they filed the dispute online, not via phone, because their bad grammar and spelling are in the notes of the dispute. Another hole in his lies...
This family is the one who has harassed me. They called me 8 times to yell at me after losing the dispute. They are just angry that they tried to take advantage of the system and failed. That is why they left duplicate negative reviews on Yelp, Weddingwire, Google to go along with this one.
I wish they had not come to me in the first place and wouldn't wish them on any retailer.
The bottom line is that this guy's daughter trashed a pendant and tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. The bail on a pendant does not get bent in multiple directions and crack from normal wear and tear. Anyone who looked at what they returned to me would easily come to the conclusion that it suffered major trauma.
