Timberline was contracted to provide lawn service to our home. While the house was under construction their crew did not provide services. We were unaware of this since we were living out of town. When we discover this we contacted the company. Originally we were told that we would not have to Pay. Recently the company started to send us bills again. When I responded to them that they did not provide the service they said they would look into it. Unfortunately instead of getting back with me they chose to send the account to collections.Business response

We are writing in response to the complaint filed against our company, Timberline Lawn & Landscape. We were surprised to learn about this complaint, as it concerns an issue we were not previously aware of. First and foremost, we would like to clarify that the allegations made in the complaint are unfounded and inaccurate. The individual in question was never sent to collections by our company. Furthermore, it's important to note that our company operates with utmost professionalism and transparency. We were not informed by the individual that the property was undergoing construction at the time of service, and as such, we continued our services as usual. Regarding the outstanding invoices mentioned in the complaint, we take billing matters seriously. Our billing department routinely sends reminders to clients with outstanding balances as a courtesy, and this individual was no exception. We are committed to resolving any misunderstandings and ensuring customer satisfaction. We kindly request an opportunity to address this matter directly with the complainant to reach an amicable resolution.
