      I am filing on behalf of my daughter named in the address, who had a stroke in 2019. She had contracted with Bedrock Legal for debt resolution. We paid RAM $500.34 for 48 months. Of the 10 accounts only 6 have been resolved. We are now getting threats of court action from debt collectors for debts we thought were settled. Out of $24,000 only $11,000 was used to pay debts. This is a scam to make money. I have the financial report sent by ***. I would like for them to negotiate a n d pay the debtors.

      in 2017 bed rock legal contacted us on behalf of Legal shield to consolidate our debt, was told how much and when to pay $451.60 for 42 months to clear up ********* debt , I've learned not a payment was made, in 2019 was told discover account was taken cared of but I'm stuck with it they lied. and in 2021 the other discover was paid off. In the amount of ******* ( originally ********) personally by me.. I am dealing with the courts on the discover and wages are being garnished and credit rating bottomed out. they did not follow through with the agreement and kept ** in the dark on account delinquency . Also they canceled our contract once we met all our payments to them leaving me to the courts, not doing as they promised to pay off theses debts as promised by them.

      They defaulted on our of our accounts. They then came to a structured settlement, then defaulted on the settlement without notifying us. Which then caused a lien on our house without notification. We went to refinance and found out about the lien. We noticed all the issued and their errors, pointed it out, then we were granted a refund and we pulled that account from the program. They then refused the refund in the long run for their errors and without a reason. But, yet we still owe the whole amount of the debt due to their issues.

      Paid them thousands to resolve debt. Ended the program without knowing that 4 accounts was unresolved. Now under garnishment. No one can contact me back. Get hung up on. So terrible.

      We hired this company for debt consolidation, We paid them over 55, 000 dollars over 4 years and they still have not resolved our debts. We repeatedly call customer service and get nothing but the run around, They keep saying we have to pay them more money to resolve our debt and they are in breach of contract on the saving they say they will provide. We have opened a case with the attorney general in the State of Texas. This is company is a scam ripping people off of their money. They are still reporting no payment on my credit report for over 4 years even thought the statute of limitation is 3 years

      I started the program with Bedrock Legal back in 2017. I completed the program and they still have 3 accounts no settle. Now One of the accounts already settled is debiting around 2700 dollars from my personal bank account stating they never received a payment from them I have been trying to get a letter from Bedrock Legal showing me proof they settled my account and they don't answer my request and tell me to wait for 2 to 3 business days to get the letter and keep on saying the same thing over and over again. I need help how can I have them sending me proof of all the payments they made to the creditors. They also withdraw money by mistake on December 2021 and they even told me i had to close the funding acct in order to get my money back and now they don't want to reopen my account with them to finish settling the 3 accounts i still have pending to negotiate because I had to close the acct to get my money back. Please HELP!!! I need an answer

      I was charged a service fee of 16% on a CITIBANK $9800 credit card. Nothing was ever completed by this company. My program ended with them in August of 2021. The debt was sold to a collection agency and I was told this account was settled. It was not settled. I called Bedrock and was told I have to begin a new program and pay a 2nd time if I wanted them to handle the account. I want my money back that they took for this account so I can use it to pay the creditors. My client ID was BXXXXXXXXXXX

      I used Greenpath/Bedrock Financial debt consolidation in order to get out of credit card debt 2019 . I received a letter March 2022 from Captial One saying the debt had stop making payments after only 4 and nobody told me. I finished my contract with them 2020 without this knowledge

      I completed a 3 year program with Bedrock Legal Nov. 2021. At that time 3 of my account wasn't settled. They offer to continue with settling those accounts but asked for more fee money that wasn't part of original agreement. I opt out and settled those accounts myself. A few months later I'm being garnished money out of my check for an account the was settled and paid in full as agreed. I tried calling the account to see what was going on but they refuse to talk to me, they would only talk to Bedrock Legal. So I called Bedrock for 3 months and got the same response. "We are trying to reach the account call back in 10 days for an update." There is never an update. I feel they are ignoring me now that I'm not paying into program, and I'm still getting garnished a percentage of my check for an account I already paid for. I want the garnishment to stopped and my money back that the account has taken. Please help.

      I started using Bedrock Legal in 2017 with their promise of resolving my debts for me. I spent just under $400 a month trying to resolve my debts. I made several attempts calling for status on accounts and was always told they were "working" towards settlements however, no REAL updates. They were not on track to settle my debts by the promised date. Several accounts remained unpaid. They had enough in the RAM account to settle one of my debts and to close me out of the program due to lack on settlements. I requested them to close my account with them and refund me the remaining money in the RAM account after paying a debt the balance would cover. They did NOT pay that account, they did not refund me any money from the RAM account. But, had no problem charging their fees etc. while not holding up their end of the promise. They did not return phone calls as promised. They stated they would look into the situation and would not call me back as stated that they would. I would call back in rather frequently and could not get a response from the representatives that left their names with me to follow up with. It should not be legal for them to take peoples money and charge fees without settling the debts. I wasted close to $15,000 with this company!! I request a refund from this company for not doing it's job. I have to settle these debts on my own and some that I had been told were settled, indeed were not.
