What Bedrock does to your credit should be illegal. I enrolled and provide all my debt. Paid them $1000 a month and they said they would address the debtors and I was just to let my debtors know I was in a program. Bedrock took a bunch of fees and paid the debtors one by one while not addressing the others. My credit is worse off then what it was before I started with them. I would never recommend them as each person you speak to doesn't know anything and they will get back to you. Still waiting and have court summons about debts they knew about and were supposed to take care of.

Terrible company. No communication. I enrolled in 2017 and was paying them almost $800 per month. When my program ended last August there was 1 account at $9,800 that was never addressed. I was told afterwards this was to be concluded in a 1099c tax form. This never happened and the debt was sold to another collection company. I called Bedrock and said I want my money back for this account and was told no. How can a company charge for services not rendered? I was also dragged into court twice with no legal help from the company. Horrible company, nothing but smoke and mirrors.

Bedrock Legal's performance is substandard at best. I entered into an agreement with this company in 2017 with 19k in credit card debt. I had a 48 month agreement to deposit $344 monthly into a firm called Reliant., to complete my debt resolution. After forty-two on time payments of $344, with two exceptions when I was asked to pay an adfitional $50 for six months to accomplish a settlement. Reliant collected all the agreed upon deposits. After $15,556 in deposits and two lawsuits, I still have over $12,000 in debt owed. To characterize Bedrock Legal, the company is a total con, based on the results I received. Now they are asking for more money, to continue. NEVER AGAIN!

My drafts with Bedrock Legal ended in June of 2020. My original "estimate" is now double what it originally was. I paid them $962 for 36 months from 2017. The have 5 accounts that they have not negotiated yet. Drafts ended over a year and a half ago and there was no communication from them for almost 2 years. I sent them settlement letters from Chase for a 20% payoff which they ignored. It is very hard for me to understand how a company could be this bad at their job. After reading all the comments on here, it turns out they are not bad at their jobs but it seems to be their business model to continue to get payments after the contracted drafts have all been paid. Wanting double the amount that they originally "estimated" is totally unacceptable. I got laid off at the start of COVID but continued to pay them thinking there was some light at the end of the tunnel. TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION ESTIMATES ARE BAIT AND SWITCH THEY WILL FALL BACK ON THEIR CONTRACT THAT SAYS ESTIMATE COULD GO UP SCAM - BAIT AND SWITCH WITH THEIR ESTIMATES

Another great one by this company my account was low on funds no one took time to reach out to explain what is going on. Everything looked like is was going well, was down to one payment left on my final account and was short on my funds. Now I am sitting here waiting to probably be summoned to court again after I requested a payoff to them I paid what the amount that would be needed. Better off doing things yourself. Working with them has been poor and don't recommend. You email them asking for a representative to call you back and receive an email to call them to call them. They don't work for you all they really like is your money. They don't answer your calls and are on hold 40-50 mins every time. They don't answer emails or denied any emails trying to get people to call you back.just trying to get basic information is like pulling teeth. If 0 stars was an option this is the perfect place for it

Total scam. I have been "finished" with my program for 3 months and I still have money sitting in my RAM account that they will not tell me what they are going to do with it. I am being charged by RAM monthly for their service fee. I completed the program over 3 years with 13 creditors enrolled. Of those creditors, 4 were completely charged off. My two largest creditors were not even negotiated and as far as I know are still outstanding. I increased my payments to them twice during the program to meet the agreed upon payments to negotiated creditors. In total I have paid way more to this company for their services than I have to my creditors and have had really no benefit from them. They return my emails with "non answers" that are unrelated to what I have asked. They don't answer their phone and when they do they just want to collect more money from you instead of telling you how/what they are going to negotiate for you. This company needs to be sued......and I don't say that unless I mean it. Looking at the other reviews we have all had the same bad experience with this scam of a company. Stay away from this company by all means. If I would have known when I started with this company that this is what I was going to receive I would have chose a better option. I regret my decision. Do not make the same mistake I did and seek help from this company. They are a total scam!!
