Over the phone they tell you they "work with a network of doctors" so you can get a 2nd opinion with a doctor that understands how to navigate federal worker's comp. That is a lie. They ****** search until they find someone who accepts fed work comp, that is all. Their choice didn't even work out so I ended up finding my own doctor. They still billed me $900 for "provider search."They tell you they have someone who does most of the work for less than the $300/hour lawyer rate but that is a lie. Literally every single charge was full rate, even emails and phone calls. When they wanted another $1,000 I asked for an update and what our mutual goal was with my case; because up to that point there was no perceivable benefit. It has been 3 weeks and no one has responded. I used their online chat to get ***** Devadoss's contact/email but they refused to provide it.Avoid at all costs!

I am currently with the firm actively looking for a new law firm to represent me. After paying the initial ***** and $550 a month, my lawyer became sick couldnt return any of my calls, finally I got a return call 9 minutes before my initial conference which at that point we havent even communicated about what was going on with me, what I wanted, or the proper steps moving forward. If you can Ill rather you seek another law firm before its too late.

This law firm is the biggest CON in the ***. They will charge you exorbitant amount to represent you but will do nothing. You are guaranteed to get no representation. They will not even put your side of the story. RUN! RUN! RUN!

It has been 3 weeks since they canceled a check for **********. That was a settlement given to me because my EEOC got to the point of me suicide. They say, they can't do Wire transfers and I'm looking at being homeless because of This whole situation. They wrote a first check they canceled it. Once I confronted them about it they panicked and wrote a second check whith out me knowing and sent it to my old address not realizing that I moved at that time. To a different state and was sleeping in a hotel well looking for apartments. So they had to put a stop payment on that check. Then buy these point my bank was so mad at me that they said they are not willing to Accept hand written checks from this company anymore. they wanted a cashier's check. So they sent one now that's got lost in the mail. My new bank Chase is amazing and they are trying to get in touch with the law Firm and are having no such luck. I now have to look at Hiring a new lawyer to go after this law Firm to get the money that was right fully mine. I don't know what is going on with the law Firm putting a stop payment on the first check but it's getting pretty clear that they do not have their financial department figure out. Don't waste your time and money on these law Firm. They love to take money. That's For sure.

I am composing this review because I decided to terminate my representation with The Devadoss Law Firm because of my dissatisfaction with what I perceive to be my lawyer's lack of competence, professionalism, and ethics. One of the incidents that led me to this conclusion is the fact that on this case (410-2021-00154x) my lawyer with the Devadoss Law Firm did not submit the required documents in a timely fashion, which caused me to have some harsh sanctions that are very detrimental to my case. Before the sanctions were issued, I asked ********************** what could be done about missing the deadline and he nonchalantly said it would be okay because the judge couldn't prove that he didn't send the documents. I found his failure to submit the documents to be a sign of incompetence, and I found "his plan" to rectify the mistake to be unprofessional and unethical. On another occasion, I asked to speak to ******************** himself about my issues with my assigned lawyer, and was instead relayed to a random case manager who did nothing to assuage my lack of confidence in my assigned lawyer. Finally, I have been told that I actually have two lawyers on my case, and that I am to pay them $12,000 each for what has been, in my opinion, shoddy and subpar representation. For all of these reasons, I am terminating my representation by The Davadoss Law Firm, and choosing to henceforth be represented by *********************************************.

My attorney was rude, aloof, and hard to contact either through emails or the phone. ************************* seem to be disconnected from the beginning. I went through 7+ months of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Once I paid off $6,600 fee they tried to get an additional $10,000+ the next week and when I said I didnt have it they dropped me claiming it was in the contract. I was suing the VA ******** for disability discrimination. Dont waste your time with this firm get someone whos professional and cares.********************* *********, ******

BETTER OFF THROWING YOUR MONEY OUT IN THE STREET!

My story mirrors the others here: Charged me $5100 over the course of two years. In all that time they did nothing AT ALL to advance my case with ****. They changed my attorneys 3 times, without notifying me. I only learned of these swaps after reaching out to the office staff to inquire why my emails were going unanswered. They did NOTHING to advance my case! They couldn't even find me a doctor that accepted ********* Comp, I know now they never even looked.
About 2 months ago, I tried to call my attorney after several of my emails had gone unanswered {again); I was told she was in a meeting so I left a message. The next day I received an email, supposedly from my attorney's "boss", informing me that she was going to handle my case from then on because my latest attorney had left the firm {just like the last two!). On Sep 2nd, I sent her an email with medical test results that would irrefutably prove that **** had mislabeled my condition. She responded "...I'll get to work on a change letter to ****, and I'll make sure you get a copy as well by the end of next week". I waited 10 days before requesting a copy, no response! I waited another 10 days, no response! Finally on Oct 15th, three weeks past the due date, I received an email informing me that, "....regrettably, they would no longer be able to represent me with my **** Case, due to their case load."! As soon as I began to monitor their efforts closely and require them to take specific action they dropped me as a client and walked away with my Five Thousand Plus dollars, having done literally NOTHING to advance my case! This sham of a law firm should be prosecuted for racketeering based on the many identical reviews posted here alone. I'm sure we are just the tip of the iceberg! Do yourself a favor and run as far away from this bunch of thieves as you can!
