absolutely horrible law firm. You will have no support no one will be able to answer any of your questions. they always call me to verify if they are paying the correct trustee when THEY should already know. Currently in the middle of trying to get my property back in my name - this company had no idea that someone changed my property over to another name nor can they help rectify the situation. I will be so glad when I am done with this law firm. DO NOT GO HERE.

I filed my chapter 13 with the firm a little over two years ago now. I had my intake and paperwork filed with the attorney named *************************. During my intake he advised me to stop withholding Federal taxes from my paycheck to avoid the Trustee from intercepting my tax return. I did as he advised. Unfortunately this resulted in me receiving a $4,000 bill from the *** for the 2022 year, which is now racking up interest. This is a huge burden financially that resulted directly from the advice of the Associate attorney who I worked with. I have sent a letter with two potential solutions from the firm, but have not heard anything back from them. They are now actively ignoring my calls. My paralegal, ******************* has several voicemails from me asking for correspondence and I have not heard back from her at all. From what information I have gathered, what **************** did could be considered attorney malpractice. I want this matter resolved and to move on. Instead they are playing games with me and are directly impacting my finances in a negative way.
