  i have had two cases with this law firm for the last few years on an immigration visa application for my parents, they have been several delays thought out the the who process. I have been double charged some months for work already billed, This is a automatic withdraw some i may not always catch it but when i do and make them aware of it the do admit it and refund me or credit me but again it is only when i bring it up to their attention. Today i wanted to see what was the status of my case and check with the department of immigration directly and found that they were missing documentation (sign form and Tax transcript) that I had provided to my attorney over 2 months ago, but they failed to send it to the state department. when i called the attorney's office for them to tell me what was the delay, they confirm that they had the documents needed since August and tried to blame the delay on the state department due to Covid when it was clear that they failed to do their job and that was the real reason for the delay. I am not an expert but this was just a very clear lie on the attorney's office as to the real delay of my cases. I dont know what other delays they have cause and how much they have over charged me since they had been 'working' on my cases. Cases are for **** ******* ***** ***** my father and ******* ********* My mother.

We invited the client to speak with us but he has chosen not to accept our invitation at this time. We strongly believe that the client needs to see the delays that we are encountering in the immigration systems where we upload necessary documentation to process his case. The delays are a result of slowing processing of applications by the government. The delays are further explained by the unfortunate delay caused worldwide by the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the attorney-client privelege, we cannot and will not discuss further details about our client's case in a public forum. However, we will re-extend our invitation to help explain and illustrate the delays we are experiencing in his case. After having this discussion via zoom or in person, we will address any requests for adjustments that the client would like for us to consider.
