US Dallas County TX Courts & US Law Enforcement Turned DART Bus Fare Tickets into Warrants as Bus Evasion from TEN(10) PLUS YEARS AGO & I Paid on Friday July 01st 2022-$300.00 & Tuesday July 05th 2022-$50.00 & Hired Atty. Martin J. Rubin Law Firm to have the Tickets Dismissed but I have not received documentation that ALL THE OLD TICKETS have been DISMISSED & WARRANTS REMOVED which were ACTIVATED by US Dallas County TX Courts & US Law Enforcement over $5 DART Bus Fare Tickets from over TEN(10) PLUS YEARS AGO. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/16) */ This complaint filed by ***** ******** is invalid. When Ms. Smith retained me there was one warrant out of Dallas Municipal Court for a red-light ticket and two warrants out of Justice of the Peace Jasso's Court, Precinct 5 Place 2 of Dallas County for fare evasion tickets. I posted bonds for all of the tickets and had the warrants lifted for all the cases. I even went to Judge Jasso's Court to make sure that the warrants were lifted since the Court is understaffed and was not responding to my emails or calls. I have notified Ms. Smith that all the warrants have been lifted. I already handled the Dallas Municipal Court ticket for her at a hearing and was able to get the case dismissed. Ms. Smith was notified that the case was dismissed. I planned on appealing the two cases out of Judge Jasso's court to County Criminal Court of Appeals No. 1 of Dallas County as trials de novo and was going to ask that the cases be dismissed. I went to Judge Jasso's court last week and was notified that the court was short-staffed and that the Court was not responding to any attorney's letters requesting appeals. Instead of appealing the two cases out of Judge Jasso's Court I requested a pretrial in Judge Jasso's Court for the two tickets. The cases are currently set on a pretrial/attorney docket for September 1, 2022. On September 1, 2022, I plan on asking the State's attorney to dismiss the cases because they are so old. If the State's attorney refuses to dismiss the cases, I plan on setting the cases for trial. Ms. Smith has been notified about what I am doing on her cases. She wrote me about how satisfied she was with our services and within a short period of time she wrote the BBB. I have continued to represent Ms. Smith and can only work as fast as the Court will allow me to.
