      Business contacted me regarding "******" and a legal case they are building against me for an accident that never happened. I don't drive.

      Our office is investigating an accident that occurred on 9/20/2022. We are attempting contact with any the owner of the vehicle and the driver.

      No one is building a legal case against Ms. ***** This is in the preliminary investigation to determine all parties involved.

      this business contacted me through mail and phone. In the letter says they have attached copies of estimate of damages but they're none attached. When talked on the phone the lady was rude and unprofessional. I don't understand the letter that was sent and when I asked for a better understanding the lady kept interrupting. The more questions I had the more unprofessional she was. Talked over me laughed at me and even hanged up on me. I was just trying to understand these claims and be sure they were legit. Even asked asked for proof of the expenses , laughed "what for" then said that I needed to send a written letter to her by mail asking for that information. Also threatened me with contacting the dmv to getting my license and Registration suspended . She kept belittling me. I looked up their business they have nothing but bad reviews. I'm such an understanding person and I don't ever argue with anyone. The way she was responding to me was concerning.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/23) */ Our office represents large insurance carriers where their insured's are involved in an accident and have violated the Financial Responsibility act in Texas. Every Texas driver must carry liability insurance. Our Rep had sent mail and made calls to no avail. Our procedures are to request suspension through the Department of Public Safety in the state of Texas. Ms. ****** contacted our office on 1/19/2023 and spoke to the representative who attempted to explain our process is to set up an agreement, but she was not interested and ended the call. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2023/01/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have not received no call from the business and I can certainly show phone call records. I contacted the business after I received this letter. As far as me ending the call that never happened. When she mentioned the payment agreement and said she'd give me 20 days and give her a call back. Then I called again asking more questions and asked to get a detailed bill, the lady laughed and said what for then said I can ask for the request through mail. I mentioned she was being rude and the lady ended the call with me cause she was on her "lunch" Also have proof of the call and how it went. Like I said I tried to understand the letter by asking the questions but the more I had the more unprofessional she was. They're many bad reviews about this business about how they scam people. And now with their response back saying false statements I completely understand them.       This company sent a letter with fraudulent information from a Fraudulent Insurance Claim. I called and left a message (during business hours) then received a second letter claiming they will have my license suspended. I called and spoke to ***** ******** and she was not helpful and said it was my problem.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/07) */ United Subrogation Associates is a legitimate business representing major insurance companies. Apollo MGA insured was involved in a loss with Ms. ******. Our client requested we exercise their subrogation rights against Ms. ****** since she was negligent for the loss and had had no liability insurance while driving on motor vehicle. Texas Financial Responsibility law states we may file the SR106 to the Department of Public Safety in Austin where the state will decide on the matter. We did mail a letter to Ms. ****** about the loss and carbon copied her on the letter mailed to the Department of Public safety requesting suspension of her drivers license.

      I received a letter about an accident that never happened. At first I received a letter from Kemper Insurance. Now a letter from this agency. I was never involved in an accident on the date claimed. This is a fraud!

We are simply inquiring for information on a loss between our clients insured and the vehicle MS. ****** is or was the owner of. I have now closed our claim and referred it back to Kemper with the information we have obtained. Thank you,

      I got into a car accident in 2020. I did not have insurance. I was sent information from the DMV stating that my license would be suspended due to the facts of not having insurance. I contacted the DMV and the representative told me I had to pay $1000 fine for this matter. I was also sent this information in the mail. Upon speaking with united subborgbarion. They are stating I need to send a cashier's check in the amount of $7000. I've read the reviews on this company and I am really confused and hesitant on sending them anything at all. I need to get my license back and this issue is mind blowing. Please assist

North Carolina has a financial responsibility law where it allows our office to submit proof the driver was uninsured at time of accident. As a result the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles may suspend the driving privilege's of the uninsured driver. We attempt to work things out with any driver if they are willing. The DPS does allow anyone to pay a security deposit to obtain the license but this gives our client a door to file litigation to secure the deposit and secure a judgment for the difference of the amount we specified to the driver. Our company has been in business for over 30 years and have a great track record. We can resolve this matter if she calls me directly.
