we were told we would get a written report but he never sent one this was part of the 300 bucks that was paid to him in cashBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/08/17) */ This is a complaint lodged by the spouse of the examinee, Mr. *******. All services were performed and Mr. ******* has never expressed any unhappiness with the result or the manner in which the services were performed. We have offered many times to speak with him directly to determine whether he has any concerns with any aspect of the services provided to him, but to date have never been contacted by him. It is an unfortunate aspect of the business of conducting polygraphs that sometimes spouses, who have preconceived ideas in their minds about what should happen with an exam, are unhappy with the exam results. Dallas Polygraph Services conducts all exams in conformance with the American Polygraph Association standards to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in exam results. We treat our clients with respect and strive to provide excellent service to everyone who comes through our door. We believe we have upheld that standard with Mr. *******. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/08/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have requested the information from the Polygraph person and he refused, we signed a contract my wife paid him. I put her name down as the person that would received the written information. This man scam us out of 300 buck and did not give us the written report. We will be seeking legal action in the City of Garland, Texas. All he had to do is to send the report.
