      First off the audacity to harass my husband is insane. Bestow will call and try to get you a 3rd party insurance policy. When we told ****** (direct number ************************) we didnt want fidelity life insurance and we were waiting because of the bad reviews of fidelity. My husband ********************* tried to close the phone call several times. Ended up having to hang up on the guy. The guy proceeded to call 3 more times demanding we get a life insurance policy until my husband finally told him this is harassment. I want that recorded call in my hands as this is resulting in a legal matter via our attorney.

      We would like to dispute this claim, as there is no record of this woman or her husband in Bestow's system.

      I have searched her name, the phone number, email, and address in our records and got no results. I also filtered and searched all applications including ineligible applications back to *************************************************************************************************** the complaint. At this point with the information we have in the complaint I think it is safe to say we do not have any record of an application on file for her husband that could have been referred to Fidelity.

      Thank you for providing this detail. Bestow does not have an individual by the name of ****** (direct number ***********************). After performing a further investigative search this phone number belongs to *************. We recommend this claim be transferred to ************* for response as the customer has expressed their legal concerns.

      well I wanting to file a claim for false advertisement because I'm online looking for life insurance and ad didn't say anything about checking my credit but they did and also says no physical exams but they didn't not say anything about asking all these question about your that's still the same thing and am a healthy person and I still had gotten denied now these people didn't say my credit score would determine if I get approved or not now they have all my personal information and my social security number and I don't get no service and a inquiry on my credit now this sucks

Prior to calling external data into our underwriting engine, we ask each applicant to sign an authorization allowing vendors to release your information to us, and we note that you provided such authorization during your application process. Our application process does not require any medical exams; however, we do ask a series of questions related to your health history and lifestyle, which we assess in conjunction with the third party data that you authorized. Our automated system reviews the data and application answers to arrive at a decision for life insurance. For your application, we can confirm that we did not pull credit information, and that credit was not a factor for our decision. For privacy reasons, we have mailed a more detailed response to you, which provides specific information regarding the reasoning and associated vendor data that helped us arrive at a decision on your application.
