      I am a guardian of a person sent the information by email that they needed to be able to give me the information in regards to the person. Was told the policy is to be canceled if not paid by July 3rd I'm trying to see the information about the policy to see if the family wants to continue it and for the past 3 weeks since I believe July 17th they tell me that their systems are down and they can't help me today I told them they better not cancel the policy until we figure this out I don't understand how business can be down for 3 weeks unless they've had some kind of Cyber attack. 2 weeks ago I was told someone would call me back no one called so I called again today which is July 1st and told them they better not cancel the policy without talking to us first.

      I had thyroid surgery Oct 2023. I called the company and asked for papers to fill out I sent them my hospital bill copy and copies of pathology report and follow up tumor scans. Now the company wants information from medical doctor and oncologist and endocrinologist. Apparently they dont want my medical records I sent. I am told once a week when I called them that the doctors hadnt sent them records. The only thing I have to say is that I dont make up a surgery hospital bill nor do I make up cancer reports. No telling how long this company will take in paying off. By the way one paper and the only paper I got from them was a refusal and the company said it was on a wrong form. The company sent me the paper work and I can only fill out what they send

      Liberty Bankers contracts a call center in ***** to generate leads for them. Once they think you are a good candidate for life insurance you will get transferred to Liberty. My problem is that this ****** company calls my phone ***** times a day, everyday, except for Sundays. I'm not exaggerating, 50 times a day, everyday! It is driving me crazy. I've told them that I'm not interested, I've told them to take my phone number off their call list, and nothing happens. They play games on my phone, they laugh at my request, they hang up and call right back multiple times. This all happens while I am at work and I am almost at the point where I have to change my phone number. The worst part is that this is my 2nd compliant against Liberty, last year I filed a complaint for this same issue and the company took me off their call list, but that only lasted a couple months then they started calling again. I talked to one of them today and I pretended to be interested and I was eventually transferred to Liberty. I don't understand how Liberty is allowed to harass people 50 times a day. They truly understand the business tactics this company in ***** uses to generate leads but yet they allow it to happen. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer to figure all this out because my phone number is a business number and if I'm forced to change it then I will lose a lot of money and if that happens then I will have to get my lawyer involved, please help me BBB, I'm losing my mind over this, they even call as late as ****pm while I'm sleeping and as early as 8am, this is crazy!

      Liberty Bankers does not market insurance products directly to consumers, rather, our products are distributed by independent agents who are marketing similar types of insurance on behalf of many different unaffiliated companies. Those distributors market under their own names with their own websites, etc.

      We do not control the time, place, manner, etc. of how our independent agents conduct their activities. Rather, as part of our contracting, we specify strict adherence to all applicable state, federal, and military regulations.Accordingly, we take all allegations of misconduct seriously.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Your independent contractors are not adhering to your guidelines and they are breaking the law and if you guys have nothing else to do with them how was it that the last time I filed a complaint for the same issue you guys got them to stop calling me right away. There must be a good working relationship in place for that too had happened. If you guys are aware of the unethical practices that this Indian company are committing then why does Liberty continue to do business with them? There are probably 100,000's maybe millions of people in this country that are being harassed on a daily basis but yet your company continues to allow these people to profit. This makes you guys ultimately responsible. I will email you guys on the email provided and I hope there's a prompt response, then maybe I'll accept this response.

      On 06/26/2023 a policy from Liberty Bankers Insurance Group arrived in my mailbox. I had not applied for insurance. When I called, I was told the application was submitted on 06/05/2023. The policy has many points of information wrong: my height, my weight, my beneficiary's name, phone number, and relationship to me, that I do not have cancer and do not smoke. A premium of $64.16 is set to auto draft beginning 06/28/2023. They state they cannot stop the draft for it is within 2 days of draft date. My bank wants $28 to ATTEMPT to stop draft for it is with 72 hours of draft. I can dispute the charge, but not until after it drafts. Liberty instructed me to return cancelation form with copy of my driver's license and letter of complaint.I am so glad I do not have to make a living pulling such scams on people. God forgive them.

      June 16th 2022, uncle passed away .They have contested the policy since he passed 2 weeks before the 2year mark.Still can't not get any answers on when I will receive the money from the policy.Called and emailed numerous times, I have provided everything they have asked for.

      My name is ******* ********, I'm legally blind and 67 yrs old. Mr. Benjamin *********, agent for Trinity Advisors Group Life Insurance and Annuities, came to my house on 10/14/22 . I was expecting an agent to come talk to me about increasing my burial policy insurance. Mr. *********, sold me a policy, after telling my family about the visit, I realize he sold me life insurance not burial. I never ask for life insurance. I contacted Mr. ********* within next 5 days and told him that I didn't want the policy and not to take the money out of my bank. I thought it was burial, I never told him I wanted life insurance. In addition, I told him I live on a fixed income and couldn't afford life insurance. He said OK and policy would be canceled. Yet, on 11/3 my banking account was charged $69.45. I've contacted my bank to dispute the transaction.

      My mother passed **** on October XX XXXX. She passed ** her sleep peaceful. Liberty bankers is contesting the policy because she died 10 days shy of it being 2yrs old. We have given them everything they requested and they are not trying to resolve this. I have requested to speak with a manager to no avail. I call and receive the run around from 3 different people. Alisha, Shawny and the lady that answers the phone for them after 2pm. I had to depend on my family to bury my mother and need to pay them back. Because of the mistreatment we have received is now a Licensed insurance agent. I was told they have 2 months when contesting a policy. They told us 6 months to a year.

      I purchased a new life insurance policy in which I signed replacement forms. My agent was supposed to send it in but they kept charging me and Liberty Bankers Life hung up on me twice and wouldn't refund my premium even though they where sent proof of replacement but they said because they didn't receive the surrender request form that they require they wouldn't refund the premium. I was hung up on twice and one of those times was the supposed manager Sierra S******.

      I opened up a life insurance policy w/ Liberty Bankers in August 2021. A week later, I received notice from work that the facility that I was employed at, would be closing Sept. 18, 2021. I sent them $110.34 money order for the policy. Once I received noticed that I would no longer have a job, I contacted customer service @ Liberty Bankers and explained that to them. Since I wouldn't have a job, I asked to cancel the policy. I was sent a form to fill out to cancel the policy and was told that it was within their 30 day window for cancellations and would receive my $110.00 back within 14 days! The day this was discussed on was 9-7-21, which was the day they stated that they received my cancellation paperwork. It is now 9-30-21 and no check. I have contacted them several times about this matter and every time I get the run around. The last time I called, which was 9-26-21 I was told it will take an additional 3 weeks for the check to be sent out!!! please help!!!!
