  I am not liable for the debt with Austin Finance Company. I do not have a contract with Austin Finance Company. And when I requested they provide me with a contract, they did not. I would like my credit report corrected. I demand the removal of this collection from my credit report.

  To Whom it May ******************************* renewed her loan with Austin Finance on 9/14/18 and received a check for $238.
  **************** made one payment on 11/6/18. **************** was charged off on 3/29/19 after failure to payback the loan according to the contract she signed in the office on 9/14/18.

  I have attached the check she received along with her ID and contract.

  ******************** DOB is 2/19/63 and last four of her social security number is 1471.

  **************** is only upset and filling this complaint due to the dispute she filled with the credit bureau was denied.

  I have opened loans at Austin Finance Company several times. On August 1, 2022 I went in to renew another one as the previous one was payed off in April 2022. I was informed by Marci A****** that I reopened one in July 2022, and she requested the first payment and I denied the request. She shared with me the folder with an expired drivers license from 2017. She said she would put everything on hold and report to her manager to investigate and promise she would get back to me. One month later, I went back in and spoke to Ms. A****** and she informed me that she didn't know when this investigation would be complete, and the manger never got in touch with me. On October 15, 2022 my daughter and I went in and Marci A****** explained to me that her supervisor Jennifer A***** completed the investigation, and found out that I cashed the check at Wells Fargo, but Wells Fargo didn't have a record of the check being cashed there. I would also like to add that the supposed person that I reopened the account with in July 2022 is no longer employed there. Meanwhile, Austin finance has been calling me every month for payment and has reported this to the credit bureau. I would like the camera footage to be pulled on the supposed loan date and I want my credit fixed.

We can provide you with a copy of the check if that is needed, but at this time the customer is upset that we cannot make them another loan due to the customer already having a loan with our company. I have also included a statement from Jennifer A***** who has talked to this customer and I am including the current and previous contracts along with the check that the customer received. Attached is the previous contract and current contract so you can see the signatures match. Also, she stated in the complaint that the license on file expired in 2017, her license scanned into the system is valid until 2023. I spoke with her personally when she came into the office when I was there in August and advised her then she would need to file a police report. I spoke with Wells Fargo, I did confirm the check was cashed on 07/01/2022. Check number **** in the amount of $800.00, signed by ****** ******** on the back of the check. She said in order to get a copy, I would have to go into the bank to pick one up or who ever has access to our online banking could print it out but they are unable to email it to me and unable to release it to Marci since she is not on the account. We do not have a Wells Fargo in Stephenville. Jovana is the one that closed the contract but Marci does remember the customer coming in that day.
