This company contacted me and has made me pay over $5000 to get a loan. You dont pay money to get money and I have yet to receive money from them and they are a scam. Do not trust them. They contact you at hours of the morning and are very persistent on trying to get you to get along with them and I read nothing but bad things on this and dont agree with what theyre doing. Approved and paid off my loan by the first due date. Applied for another for the holidays. Said my banking information didn't match and they needed more information. When I called them they were having "technical issues ". Email to them bounced back as undeliverable. They could never tell me what information they needed. Come to find out if you pay it off early you can't get another because they want customers to not be able to pay.Business Response

I applied and was approved for a $500 loan on 10/19/23 and STILL have not received any funds and it is now 10/26/23. I have contacted MULTIPLE times and keep getting told there is a funding issue and my first payment is already due. Why would I have to pay for a loan I never received?! After reading so many reviews how they are scammers I rather not take the chance of getting a loan that I won't receive. Requested and approved for a $1,000 loan on Monday, 10/16/2023, have not received funds. Called because they scheduled my first payment to come out on Friday, 10/20/2023 but they haven't even sent the money, and they said they're having technical difficulties with no ETA on a resolution, so **** to request they move my firstpayment to next Friday. After looking at their reviews on here, I can tell this is apparently a persistent issue, and I'm concerned that I will not receive my loan.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I requested that they follow through with the loan and instead they canceled it. A clear sign that they do not actually follow through with sending the agreed loan amount to their customers. This is a scam.Business Response

I applied for a loan and was approved on a Wednesday 07/26/23 and was told I would receive my funds shortly. 07/27/23 the funds have not arrived. I call and am told due to an increase in loans lately that they are behind. However I check the better business bureau complaints and see this has been a consistent issue going back to at least 11/2023. And I was told my first 4 payment dates had been moved back each 30 days from previous arrangement yet when I logged into my account it still shows all repayment dates are the same as they originally were. It seems this company is shady and dishonest and only due this to collect customers personal information.Business Response

I am unable to log into my account. I've reached out via phone and email for login information and rep **** keep stating that the *** was sent to me. My phone is active and it's been over three days and still no text messages from them. I think they are a scam at this point.Business Response
