On 11/17/2023 I contacted Texas Premier Locksmtih by searching for a locksmith on ******* I noticed that every few times I clicked the number would change, I was debating on which company to do business with. I called and they immediately collected personal information and I never heard back from them. This company seems like a scam. The number is constantly changing on ******* I dont feel comfortable knowing they took my personal information including the make and model of my car not knowing what that information will be used for. Every number they post is immediately disconnected after the first call and another is generated and placed on ******Business response

Hi,
Thank you for letting me know that my tech never called you. This is unusual and I'm looking into it right now. We usually call every customer back within 5 minutes. I found your job in our system and I see that our tech received a few service calls at the same time and looks like he really hasn't called you. For that, I am truly sorry, and if you still need service we'll be happy to provide it. We were short staffed this week and are trying to get to everyone as fast as we can.
As far as the changing number: We advertise on ******* using their paid ads program. They are the ones providing the number so they can keep track of search terms and who called from where and which company to bill for the call. If the number changes it's ******* not us. Our direct phone number is on our website and it never changes.
The information we collect from customers is the address where service is needed, their name and phone number. This is in order for us to be able to get to the customer's location and to be able to call them and let them know we're on the way. We DO NOT sell this data or use it in any other way that is not related to the relationship between us and the customer.
Again, looks like there was a miscommunication here between the tech and the office, along with some work overload, and I am sorry this happened. I hope we can better serve you in the future.

I initially called to have a locksmith let me into my room which I was locked out of on July 18th, 2022. On the original call, I was told that the fee would be $50. When the locksmith came he just cut off my door handle and then told me it would be $210. I felt like that was a lot but he told me that it would cover a new lock and re-key as well. A couple of days later, the locksmith comes back with the new lock and installs it. This time he tries to charge me another $200. This company clearly tried to take advantage of me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/31) */ Hi, First, we never quote anyone 50 for lockout. second, the tech had the customer's approval to break in and remove the lock since he couldn't pick it. Thank you.
