Horrible don't order parts through there as you will not be able to return them. I spoke with the rep and told him that I would order a part through them but if it wasn't the part that worked once I plugged it in could I return it and he told me yes. I told him that the service company said that it could be one of two parts and that I'm not sure which one but if this one didn't work which was the electronic dispenser module on the front of the refrigerator that I would have to try the other part. He said no problem they would be able to return it. I ordered it at $225 plugged it into the back and it did the same thing as the old part so it wasn't that part that is causing the issue. I called in and talk to them about returning it and they said because it was plugged in but I could no longer return the part. I told him the previous rep told me that I would be able to return it if it was not the part that worked no where did he state that I could not return it if it was plugged in to try and see if that was the issue. In fact how am I supposed to find out if a part is causing the issue if I can't plug it in it doesn't make any sense. Horrible customer service do not order parts from this place.
