      Unauthorized broker agents of relentless marketing group LLC which aka affiliates with Integrity Marketing group LLC fraud unauthorized agents: ******************************* aka *************************** NPN #******** and ***************************** business lic # G021511 NPN # ******** Both parties have been report month after month from Sept 22,2023 and continued until again Dec 8th, 2023 I have filed *** complaint, 3 FTC reports, a police report, fl blue as well filed a fraud and abuse report as well reached out to ******** and *************** office and healthcare.gov I and my actual broker agent had to file 3 fraud escalations reports of fraud against agent broker and the entities list over that is breaching our healthcare.gov accounts from another state without our knowledge nor never giving them a signature ever

      I am rejecting this response because: I have filed a *** report of fraud, broker insurance breaching as well I supplied all government officials in my state as well supplied all emails demanding them month after month to stop breach my personal healthcare.gov acc & my Florida blue account but sadly I am hiring a lawyer as it has caused financial and medical distress as well the fraudulent actions by two separate broker of the same company has violated my rights as well prolonged my surgeries due to their actions of canceling my actual liget policy also *************************** aka ******************************* had not only unauthorized and emailed demanding her to stay out of my account she still access without permission nor my knowledge and she entered me as unemployed, complete fraud as well fact I am a business owner and due to the fraud and my devastating losses, major errors done by fraud brokers. But Im sure the *** and ******** will get these fraud brokers and their marketing companies banned and stopped from damaging any more Americans identity and our businesses. With all my evidence of four times my right and privacy has been violated so once the whole investigation is complete I am hiring a lawyer, criminals and cyber heck breaching brokers and their companies need to be punished from our justice system so they can be stopped.

The agent did advise that, as soon as you'd requested, your insurance enrollment was cancelled and your health insurance nor any other coverage was ever changed. Additionally, your information was never sold nor is there any evidence of your data being compromised.

      I purchased leads from this company September 11,2023. It was for $129.76. The business promised to pride me 6 leads from the ****** and Tarrant county areas. I demanded a refund after seeing that no leads appeared in the "manage leads" tab where the leads I purchased were supposed to be sent. It's been about ten days now from filing this complaint. I haven't received a refund still. I have provided various employees with my order no. ******* and none of them have initiated the refund process. I worked with ****** of ************************ and he referred me to Integrity Marketing LLC to purchase leads. ****** and I have worked together to get the issue resolved. It's been almost ten days now, and still no leads in the user account, or money refunded to my bank account. **************** is poor and nothing infuriates me more than situations like this.

      On July 8, 2023 I purchased 90 life insurance digital leads from Integrity *********** for $238.50 Out of those 90 leads, ********************************************** a copy of another. From there, on July 11 I submitted a refund request for 73 leads which would $197.10 and a few days later got an email saying that it got denied. That made no sense, because on the website, it said that they only refund leads which are disconnected phone numbers, a copy , or have the wrong age on them. And thats exactly what mine were, they were disconnected phone numbers, and were a copy. Then after that on July 17, I emailed the customer support again for the third time asking why my refund had been denied even though it followed the refund circumstances. After that, they responded saying that they will put me in touch with the Lead credit team, and since then I have not heard from them. I have emailed them five times over the last week, and they keep saying they will put me in touch with a Credit team, but they have not done anything to resolve this problem. I told them a week ago if they did not resolve this with me, I will be contacting the BBB, and they did not resolve it with me, so that is exactly what I am doing. Since then I have only been given a credit of a mere $25.00 and I am still requesting a full refund for $197.10 for these leads as I had a month ago, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service as they have been no help.

      9/23-I purchased 100 insurance leads and when I received them, there was no contact information for them-only an address. Then, I asked for a refund due to the incomplete leads. I was told that only disconnected phone numbers would be refunded. I filed a disconnected claim because there are no phone numbers, so they must no longer be in service. I was told that the refund team reviewed my issue and all leads had valid numbers. I didn't receive phone numbers for the leads that had missing numbers. These people are not to be trusted and the word, " Integrity" means nothing.

      Mail Pro Leads (Recently bought by integrity marketing) is a lead vender. They sell leads from territories / counties selected. I have used them several times locking out counties and accepting all leads produced by mailproleads and have set up an account to pay for these leads as they come in. In March, Jefferson county Alabama became available. It was noted that it on average produced 173 leads per month. That was too much for me to handle however I asked our lead specialist if I could do 50 (or up to 50 as there is no exact guarantee). It was agreed and a contract was submitted and signed by both myself and my two uplinks for 50 leads. Since then, the price per lead has increased. I have received numerous leads from this territory, never 50 until I decided to cancel. Earlier this month I requested to cancel to this territory. I was informed that It might take up to 60 days until it went through and that I would be responsible for the leads that came through until then. I understand that I signed a contract and that was within the scope of the contract however I signed a contract for 50 leads, not a lock out of the entire county and I didn't that intentionally and the whole county is out of my budget. I have reached out numerous times to Mailpro leads via e-mail and attempted to call them however they are not accepting calls. They have responded to me several times telling me that I am responsible and have refused to stop sending me more than 50 leads per month and are continuing to charge me for them. I want a refund on each lead sent to me over 50 as that seemed a reasonable request and 50 was the number stated in our contract. This was not a lock out territory, this was a lock out of 50 leads. Historically I have locked out other counties with this company and others. At this point I have cancelled my other territory with Mailproleads and I don't care for how they are handling this situation and our contract.

      This is another one of many complaints I've filed from insurance companies calling about final expense plans. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from the lists, but they never do. I now received a call from Jeff S***** of Premier Future Guard, which apparently is his private company under the umbrella of Integrity Marketing Group. He also mentioned he's part of The Alliance. I receive dozens of calls each week from the same marketing group who then pass on my name and info to an insurance company. I'm on a DNC list, but they continue to ignore it. I am please asking for help to stop this egregious behavior to my private business line. My next step is to start filing lawsuits for harassment. I have at least 100 recorded calls showing this is a barrage of harassing calls. I'd greatly appreciate any help from BBB. Thank you! **** ******* XXX-XXX-XXXX

      5/14/22 Purchased 66 leads for $101.96 from Integrity. No phone numbers attached rendering leads useless. 5/16/22 attempted contact & resolution by phone. Directed to email. Second attempt to resolve on 5/16 and again directed to email. Zero communication or resolution since. 5/19/22 Third call attempt to resolve and again no resolution. All i asked for was an exchange or a refund.

We were a bit slow in responding to him as we are switching internal ticketing systems and the ticket was still in queue to be responded to. But we've since had a call with him and all parties are satisfied.
