I signed up for a 30-day trial with HighLevel on May 7, 2024. I found the service completely useless and therefore I cancelled the service on May 29, 2024. I received a confirmation email that my account was closed and it was at that time, my credit card should have been removed from their files. On June 3, 2024, I received and emailed receipt from HighLevel stating that they had charged my card $10.00 for "Automated Recharge for Call, SMS and Email Credits", something I absolutely did not sign up for or authorize. Additionally I was charged for this bogus service on June 3, 2024, a date that does not even coincide with the 30-day I originally signed up for on May 7th. Upon reviewing previous complaints about HighLevel, it appears that charging customers even after they have cancelled service is a common practice for this company. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and block this company from future charges however, I need this company to 1) explain why they are engaging in fraud by unauthorized use of customer credit cards and 2) confirm that my credit card information has been from from there files, before a formal complaint is filed with the ************************************ and the ****

Worst ***************** We spent 4 weeks trying to get this up and running. Contacting support is a very frustrating mechanism. They put you in a Zoom, then into a room, and leave you. Then, when someone does turn up, they cannot help you.The emails would not send out properly! We tried **************** but they are now telling me that this is not the platform for me. You are right there!

************************* remains a HighLevel subscription holder to this day. They were experiencing some setup issues, namely with their email domain. Although it is normal for customers to be frustrated when setbacks occur, especially in the opening stages of a subscription, we made several efforts to reach out to **** and her team. We had senior advisors and even a manager reach out to get her the extra support she needed. We hope to have a continued relationship with **** and her agency moving forward, despite the obstacles she ran into setting up her account upon signup.
