      On 12/10/23 I was charged $59.99 by an entity belonging to RA Outdoors, LLC for annual membership renewal to something called ********** ********** according to their website, is a discount club offering discounts to several retailers as well as Reserve America (which is what the ** in their name stands for). Since I didn't know who ********* is, I looked on the ********* website in the membership section to find out some details. There is a statement there that if you have questions you can send them an email at ****************************** I have done that 2 times as well as sending 2 internal messages with no response, not even a response saying they have received my inquiry. Normally I would just dispute the charge with my credit card company, but there is no way to cancel the automatic membership renewal so unless I get a response it will happen again next year. I want to receive a full refund and have my membership cancelled.

      ON FEBRUARY 2, 2023 I CANCELLED RESERVATION NUMBER 2-45785606 FOR ********************* THAT I BOOKED WITH MY CREDIT CARD. I CALLED TO CONFIRM CANCELLATION AND THEY STATED IT WOULD BE CANCELLED AND I WOULD RECEIVE THE REFUND. I CALLED A MONTH LATER AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT REFUND THE MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD. THEY STATED THEY WOULD MAIL A CHECK TO MY HOME. I CALLED ON MAY 2, 2023 TO STATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHECK. THEY STATED THEY MAILED THE CHECK ON MARCH 30, 2023 AND IT TAKES 6-8 WEEKS. THE MONEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED TO THE CREDIT CARD I USED TO BOOK IT WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT THREE MONTHS TO RECEIVE A REFUND. I WAS GIVEN A CASE NUMBER (CS-0063462)

      Hi,

      While processing the refund, we could not credit the credit card due to an invalid card number message.  Due to that, a check was mailed out to the customer on March 30, 2023.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      I still have not received a check in the mail. 

      * I would like a check mailed OVERNIGHT to my address.

      * I am able to give them my credit card information so that they can refund me.

      On three different occurances, charges have been placed on my credit card, the latest one being October of 2021. Fees/charges have ranged from $66 to over $200. I have had to notify the card issuer to get a new card. I have never heard of this company/service. I tried calling the number provided on my credit card statement but get nothing but a recording. I looked on-line and tried the number provided and it has been disconnected. Someone is stealing and I am sure I am not the only one. Please do something.

But as a company that provides online reservations with card not present, we cannot prevent fraud if the purchaser has stolen the credit card or stolen her identity. Her recourse is to communicate with her bank and have another card issued.

      I received the attached e-mail from ReserveAmerica.com, which is a site to reserve mainly government-run campgrounds. Then, I joined Apex Club in January and submitted a $25 Rebate request in July. First, my request to the e-mail address that Apex Club instructs us to send to was returned undelivered, and I sent the information at Contact Us in their website. I requested for Status Update twice and received e-mail with Case #'s. The rebate check is supposed to be delivered in 2 months, but it has been 4 months with no response.
