We signed on with Thryv on March 15th for their all-in-one crm with marketing integration. It started with not receiving emails to reset my password, when I realized that it was being sent to a ****************** company in **********. My business is in *****. After providing them 2 weeks to fix the issue, it wasn't long before the enormous issues that are linked to this began. I had a customer reach out to inform me that our ********************** media was saying all **************** instead of our company name. It was not only the title name, but our email, products and descriptions, phone number, and photos were ALL mixed up including ********* Nextdoor, Bing, Yelp, and ******* As a start-up, family-owned business this is unbelievably consequential to our revenue and reputation. Not only that, but now our private business address has be publicized, which we deliberately kept off for the protection of my familly. It has been since then that I have had a back and forth with the company to fix this issue. I was attempted to be blamed twice; that it was somehow not a Thryv issue. I have had ZERO progress with fixing this. I attempt to fix it within my social media accounts and I am not somehow officially unable to fix these issues on my end. I have lost business revenue, control, time, and productive communication with my customers. They not only continue to say that their managers are involved and on-top of it, but have even gone as far as to ask for my patience and empathy after giving them a month with ZERO progress. They have provided a refund, but then charged me for the month of April right after that with once again, no response. I am desperate for the stability of my online platform and the protection of my family.
