On Dec. 14, 2021 an account I had a payment plan on sent part of my account to collections even though I was making a payment plan. I was never contacted about part of my account going to collections. I called Dec 15 and asked why. I was told if you miss 2 monthly payments, the account goes to collections. I had been making payments since the payment plan was set up in July 2021. The payment date wasn't working for me and I changed it, and the August payment was skipped due to their payment system. I was told when I called my account was mistakenly sent to collections, shouldn't have been sent to collections, and they would work on getting it back and give me a call back updating me. A month goes by and I did not hear an update and my account is still in collections. I called again on 01/19/22. I'm told the supervisor would be in touch with an update same day. Never heard back. Again, I am told that my account shouldn't have gone to collections. I called again today, spoke to a different supervisor who told me that I have to pay a deductible to get my account out of collections. I'm told because I made the change on my payment plan that's why it went to collections, but everyone else told me it's if you miss 2 months. They need to fix their payment system to not skip months or not allow people to change their plans at anytime. It's a fault on their system. I was told by multiple employees it shouldn't have been sent to collections and it was a mistake, but now I have to pay to get my account out of collections. I literally have to pay for their mistake. Not to mention never receiving a call that my account would go to collections and never receiving a call updating me on this ordeal.
