I'd like to share my experience with The ZO skin center Dallas. I went in to get a plasma /PRP for my hair and the lady working their told me that it was going to take 3 sessions to see the results so I got 4 sessions and payed in advance instead of paying every session. After my 3rd session I didn't see the results I expected, no baby hair nothing they promised. So I asked to pause my treatments and to just get refunded for the 4th session that I payed for in advance. I haven't asked for a full refund the $2800 I just asked to get refunded $700 for the last one. The manager called me and told me that she will not refund me and said " that's not my problem " that the hair didn't grow. She said " you will not get your money " with an attitude. So i obviously put a review on google I shared this experience with my friends; my friends were not happy with what happened with me and they decided to put them 1 star rating on their page, they didn't pretend to be customers or be me. Not I asked them to put a review. The manager called and said " if you remove the reviews I will refund you and if you didn't I will sue you ". I was shocked, attacked, and threatened. I told her that I will ask my friends to remove their reviews and get my money. She said okay but I have to sign an agreement. I read the agreement and she made up a lot of false sentences. After looking at the agreement It didn't feel right to sign it to just get my money back. So I called her to tel her that there's no need to sign it if my friends remove their reviews anyway and we can just both move on. She refuses to refund me and wants me to sign the agreement which I don't feel comfortable doing. Please help me get my money back $2800 it's not Fair I work hard to save this money and they're scam people with fake reviews. Agreement is attached below
