on July 18th, 2023 I went to get a *** physical at this location, I paid $75.00 for the physical. I passed the physical but never received a medical card as required by my job. At the end of the physical, one of the ladies told another lady that my heart was making a woosh sound. one lady ******* told the other to listen again. When she applied the stetascope to my chest, ******* told the lady that she was using the wrong end She then told her that she's suppose to use small end and that the flat side was for the lungs. the two women was speaking with the Dr. virtually, and he denied me a medical card pending results of my seeing my primary care. My primary care said that everything was good, but because of the language that the *** put in the letter he sent me to a cardiologist. the cardiologist ordered EKG, an ECHOGRAM and a Stress test. I passed everything with flying colors and had to pay co-pay for all four visits.Although the *** physical office misdiagnosed me they refused to give me back my $75.00. i'm wondering how many other clients have they pinched money out of
