The best service from a no cost clinic. This was the only free clinic that didn't have 4 hour line (I waited about 45 min) and I got my results in under 2 days during the holidays. When I got there I witnessed a patient yelling at the intake that he had to come back because they had run out of supplies the day before (surely from the crazy high volumes) and how it was affecting his vacation plans! The nurse lady was nicer than she should have been and kept apologizing. THIS IS A FREE CLINIC that happens to have shorter turn around times which is why people traveling use them but they don't charge and still do a great job! The staff is so nice and patient even with entitled people who are too cheap to pay for the travel tests at the airport, they did notify me that their lab was overwhelmed due to the spike and that there maybe a delay in my results but I knew that was a risk because everywhere was like that. I had to travel for a funeral and this clinic was literally the main reason I was able to go because I can't afford a fast PCR test with no income or insurance. I got to say goodbye to my Bubi when I didn't think I'd be able to. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY!
