Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/29) */ As we have a 90 day labor and 1 year warranty on parts this came in after 2 years and Mr. ******* did not agree with being charged for this. As the original work was sold to **************** and not Mr. ******* the warranty wouldn't even apply for Mr. ******* as stated in our policy as well. We understand the bracket is coming through and did not deny the repair but the services are outside of warranty allowed and therefore would be charged. I have attached a copy of our warranty policy which would be given to **************** as they are the customer the warranty was issued to. Van is still located on our lot as well and has not been removed.Initial Complaint

We purchased an APU unit from this company in July/August of 2021. The unit worked up to the 1st suggested service date. We brought it in and got it serviced and was able to use the unit once, we complained and brought the unit back only to find out the starter had gone out on it. We waited months for the starter and when it finally came in they replaced that and came back with another issue as to why the unit was not working. We had to wait for another part to come in and we took them the truck on 5/16 to get it installed and went on vacation. It is 6/6 and they have had our truck since 5/16 and it is still not fixed. We called today asking to pick it up and they cannot give us any information and keep telling us that they don't know what is going on. We cannot get any assistance and they still have our truck. Replace the unit, give us a refund do something. To have spent $10,000 on a unit and not receive any type of service is complete disrespect.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/07/13) */ As the unit was defective from manufacturer we installed several new parts to remedy the unit not working. We uninstalled the unit and refunded full amount of purchase do to the fact that even new parts would not fix the unit.Initial Complaint

Ive been expecting 2 refunds from the parts department. One: In March I paid around 200 dollars for overnight early next delivery for an alternator, but I didnt receive it for 5 days. I called about this and was told I would be given a refund. I havent received the refund yet. Two: In March I purchased another alternator, but returned it. I still have yet to receive a refund yet. I called to resolve these issues, but I wasnt treated well and the parts person put it on me to provide order numbers after I had done my due dilligence. Im a contractor, so unfortunately my documents are sent on a monthly basis to my tax preparer. I was then told by the parts person how to manage my emails. I feel if Texas Truck AC would have done their due dilligence to start with none of this would be an issue.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/06/03) */ I had previously filed a complaint against this company. I was having a hard time getting refunds for 2 seperate thing. They have refunded me for both incidents at last and I would like to drop the complaint. Thank you ****
