      A motorcycle was ordered and paid for, a Title and bill of **** was never sent. I have sent them the Vin number of the bike along with the order number on several occasions to the link they provided to request the documents. They do not answer their phone, or emails, they seem to have several numbers disconnected now. I can't registered the bike in ******** without the title paperwork.

      I paid $1759.85 on 5/10/24 for a ***** 250cc street legal enduro bike. Paid extra for assembly and testing prior to delivery. Upon delivery, numerous things came broken, the parts are garbage, the valves need to be adjusted, the fairings are almost entirely broken all the way around and rigged on, so badly that they shake as the bike is on, making you wonder if theyll end up as a danger. The wires were literally burnt upon delivery before first start, waiting to cause a fire. The business has stopped responding to my emails on the claim matter, even though there is supposed to be a warranty on the assembly, and the actual parts on the bike. Neither one has been fulfilled. Also, I was charged an extra 25$ for a notarized title I have yet to receive. Its not street legal without one, but yet its extra? False advertising, unprofessional, and terrible quality, from Veloz and superiorpowersports. Horrible people. All about taking ur money and unfulfilling promises on their end all day long. Dont buy from them!

      I bought two ATVs from Veloz Powersports, **** (Superiorpowersports.com) for Christmas for my twin boys and they both can with missing parts. One ATV carrier bearings was no good so the chain didn't stay one and the other one caught on fire and burnt while no one was on it. But my kids were staying about 10 feet away. Luckily the gas tank didn't blow up. I mailed and called these people but they do not reply to anything.

      I purchased 2 atv 150cc fir my kids Xmas. One is broke and and won't shift. We asked for the bike to be fixed at there cost but they claim it isn't warranty. The bike has a 39 min run time before the clutch and transmission slips

      I purchased a TaoTao Pony 50 from this merchant through ******** however ******* was only used to facilitate connection between me and the merchant. I was supppsed to receive a MCO/MSO from the merchant so I can title my vehicle but have not, I have contacted them to retrieve it but they insist I need to contact ******** ******* has told me they only made the seller be able to access *******s database to find more customers, and they have nothing to do with the merchants stock, or the items involved with any purchase, they only helped complete the transaction. So Im this essence Ive been refused my MSO/*** and I cannot get it from the company and Im trying to obtain it.

      They sent me a broken used bike. They told me they will come pick it up and I will get a full refund bike assembly and shipping. Once they received it they refused to refund me my full amount. I have emails stating that they were going to refund me 100%. I have videos and pictures of the used bike I was sent.

      Bought a TaoTao scooter on 4/25/2022 was delivered two weeks later and worked fine till last few days when the back wheel wont spin. Have contacted customer service several times about the issue with not much help. The scooter should have not just stop working from normal use at just about 3 months. Currently at the mechanic and was told the wheel mechanism is faulty and might cost as much as the scooter price to fix, I tried asking superior powesports for some sort of credit or refund so I can scrap the scooter and purchase a replacement. Nothing so far, just got email to send pictures and that tech support will follow-up. Not much to follow-up when the scooter sold was defective.

      Ordered a tbr7 on order # XXXXX on 5-16-22. Received delivery on X-XX-XX opon opening and inspection I was missing parts to assemble, I promptly put in the claims stating what's missing and video along with it. They approved the missing parts but still have not received. I have all emails saved with customer service. I would like this fixed. As of 7-5-22 no parts and the factory warranty's will be gone before even assembling

      I purchased a Tao Tao Hellcat motorcycle from this company and not only did it arrive damaged, it arrived without a gas cap and with a dirty bandana on the back rack. I understand transport damages happen but no gas cap was not a transport problem. 5 months later after spending $1600 I have a motorcycle just sitting. Ridiculous.

      I ordered a scooter from this company spending $1500 The scooter was sent to the wrong address nobody is attempting to contact me back I set multiple emails and left multiple messages on the business phone there's no attempt to contact me back to rectify the situation I simply just trying to get this resolved and get the scruover that I ordered
