purchase date: 05/31/2023 amount paid: $9,500 the business did not offer anything to me or even tried to solve anything to keep the customer(me) happy to do business. the reason Im filing this dispute is because I got a motorcycle that is leaking fluids and the business does not want to work with me to take it back although the bike has not been used since purchase and I am still within the 30 return policy period they posted on their site. I showed up to the business to return the bike because I dont want a faulty or damaged bike and they responded aggressively and very rude without any interest to keep me at ease about the purchase and the bike. I was willing to get a new bike but as of now I do not want to make business with this place and want my money back because I am well working the period. This business showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue and yet I was met by a very rude person named ******************* who I assume is the owner. As you can see from my attached photos, the bike was leaking once turned on and it was just as it was given to me not used at all.
