      On 04/26/2023, I submitted a down payment of $1,500 to Mint Motorcycles. We worked on several applications due to a few errors; the process began on 04/10. I also advised the business that I would be out-of-town (was actually out-of-state) and would need to make arrangements for the delivery, and the vendor was to contact me when a carrier accepted the shipment. However, the following day I received a phone call from *************** asking I re-sign the documents because it was signed 10 days prior. I was not available and could not sign new docs so I sent an email on 04/30/2023 to cancel the transaction and I never received the bike. On 05/05, I asked when I would receive my refund. On 05/22, I sent another email requesting my refund (or partial refund) after being told over the phone the salesman received commission from my down payment. On 05/23, I asked for paperwork stating that my down payment was not refundable and I kept requesting something in writing on 05/26, filed a dispute with my creditor, sent more emails requesting in writing on 09/07, 09/19, and 10/06. My dispute was declined and the vendor provided docs to my creditor, which includes the itemization indicating only documentary fee was non-fundable and the Conditional Agreement states "upon notification of cancellation... buyer will have 7 business days to return the vehicle to seller (which I never received)... when buyer returns the vehicle as required, seller will return any sums paid or deposited.... I provided images of these documents to the vendor and have not received any responses from them. All I want is my refund.

      You said the bike I bought needed new could and an air filter. I'll address one issue at a time for now we are handling the air filter u sold me which was a stock paper air filter as you can see in the picture. If you will notice the sticker on the airbox and what it says is equipped with a lifetime airfilter which is a bmc meaning they took the good airfilter out of the bike and sold me one i didn't need and of an immense less quality tha. Was already in the bike. I would like a full refund and the filter that goes with the airbox in my bike. Along with some reasonable discussion on the other issues I found that they refused to hear me on.

      You came in for a air filter and we replaced your air filter for you. We did what you asked us. Also you aren't the original owner of the ********** so the warranty wouldn't work for you. Please contact us anytime if you have any other concerns.

      I bought a used motorcycle from this dealership in October 2021. I was told the bike was in good condition with no problems. After doing so and coming to a deal the motorcycle was shipped to me in a Iowa. Being in Iowa and having freezing cold, I was able to finally test the bike after a month. The bike had problems which I tried to resolve with the dealer. They said it had a warranty and now refuses to answer my calls or return them. Also not responding to my emails as the dealer tag has been expired since December 2021.

      Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/04/11) */ We offered the client to Please bring back the vehicle to us so we can repair or refund you if there are any issues. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/04/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I attempted to contact them less than a month after the purchase with issues. They informed me that I would have to pay a bunch of money to send it back to them and then pay again to ship it back if they didn't see anything wrong with the bike. They said it had a warranty but did not respond to phone calls or emails for 6 months. Never once offered for a refund because I specifically asked for one and got told no. I also still have not received my registration in 7 months after dealing with this dealership. They keep choosing to use multiple 3rd parties and having issues arise with those parties. I also attempted to cancel this "warranty" after I finally talked to them in March. After noticing the refund maybe a little off I was informed by mint motorcycles that they do not have to show me documents pertaining to the refund and I'd have to take their word on it.
